I transplanted the Strawberry Coughs and Bogglegums into 3.5-gallon pots a few days ago. Got to see some nice root systems in the works, particularly with the Bogglegums:
For the most part, the plants are looking excellent. The SCs are busting out their first little hairs, but the sex of the Bogglegums remains to be seen. Even if they're male, I'll take some pollen, because I love the structure of these plants. Short and beefy!
A BOG from the top:
One of the Strawberry Coughs is exhibiting something weird--at first glance it looks like an iron deficiency:
With the big pots, watering has become a significant chore. I'm gonna get a garbage can to mix up big batches of nutes--maybe throw in an old submersible pump and attach it to a hose and watering wand to simplify watering.
The forecast is outstanding--it's gonna be sunny and in the low '70s for the rest of the week!
