what's yer question? i was under the thumb of the law from Sept '08 > August '15 ... behind bars several times in that era & was not a pleasant journey ... all my offenses were criminal marijuana possession charges, guess what??anything over one lb in my state and you ARE A FELON ... yeah on that ... i'm a marijuana felon twice over on paper .. most people don't think i'm a criminal but the system does ... the system considers me a criminal

Around here u get cought with a lb you'll be out the next day ...maybe with some community service had friends get cought up with alot more and still its not even a slap on the wrist bullshit.. Then i met a dude wen i went to cali he did 6 months in alabama or Louisiana for a fucking roach ...yea a roach incredible.

Me and the wife have been looking to move out of California, she wants to move to Montana. I looked up the laws, 1 pound will get you 2 years to life in prison. Wtf not going there. I am pushing for Maine. By the time we move, I shouldn't have to sell weed, so it will just be for fun. I have depended on weed to pay at least a portion of my bills since I started growing 7 years ago. It will be nice to have fun with it. I will most likely just run seeds instead of keeping strains around.

i've been trying to get the wife to move to vermont for years ..... they're just so lax about weed (in most countys , not all ) that even if you get caught with it the most you'll get is a warning . unless your carrying pounds of course .
Vermont even gave the Feds a big fuck you about growing Hemp because they can make money on it & help the environment .
plus i just love the green mountians

Maine's likely the most forgiving State in the North East ATM , a problem in Maine is tons of growers are already there now & more every day ...lol ...you would have to be in Southern Maine...i'm not going to Maine, or anywhere else ....

I am in California so being with a ton of growers is nothing new to me. I will be growing for fun not for profit. Probably just play with seeds. I may make some s1's of the couple strains I just can't live without. Mainly mendobreath, and the ghost og. Not trying to move mom's all the way across the country. Not to mention stacks of cash. I am thinking of converting my cash stash into silver and gold, just in case . With these stupid civil asset forfeiture laws , I don't want to get caught up with 50 k in cash in the middle of the country. Plus silver and gold are low right now, and when the economy inevitably tanks they will skyrocket again, and they will always have value.

I am looking for greener pastures also Dan's. I am so sick of desert brown. Mabey I should look into Vermont also.

you could grow your heart out.but then you'd have to travel down the interstates in order to get the kind of $ you're used too and require ... either way has drawbacks anywhere you live and grow

I won't be moving till the wife finishes her degree, Maine is good for me because they don't charge out of state tuition. I will probably just stick with a few monster outdoor plants. I have been working and growing to support a family of 5 in overpriced California, so with the wife working we should be just fine with out the extra money from weed. As long as the next couple years go as planned, I should have the cash stash up to 50 k. I love growing, but when you depend on it things get stressful. It kinda loses the fun.
