it depends on that male, he will bring some woodiness and maybe pepper, and in combination with some females, it can be quite awfulLOL it is not that easy. but you can put it in the bag or some bigger jar and shake male inside of it. I pollinate with brush. if you want controlled pollination, first thing you have to switch off ventilation, no circulation of air. then you put pollen to some little bag or sack, something you can put pollen in and you give the branch inside that sack. and you have to spray with water the rest of plant or plants around which you dont want to be pollinated. water kills pollen. 
ive always found it easy to collect pollen in a petri dish, its a small hold able container with a lid. . I try to take down males early, before they fully unload, so ill just put the petri dish under some pollen sacs, give it a flick and fill up the petri dish. for pollinating just use a fine tip paintbrush. and you can denote what was pollinated by using a small piece of tape.I’m going to hit them all with OHaze you can help me along the journey by teaching me what to do specifically collecting pollen and storing pollen and pollinating branches
