I've been going on walks in snowshoes with the pup. It seems to be helping, but it wipes you out pretty quickly until you build up some stamina. Have you tried glucosamine? It definitely helps with the joints as well. I've yet to try the CBD salve, but Unc seems to like it.

Progress is good.. My experience, sometimes it goes slow and sometimes there are jumps where it's more quick. Not easy I'm sure.

The world went into slow mo once I heard Foundation was in the making. Slower still knowing it's still sometime in 2021.

God I hope they don't ruin it.


Movies have a tendency to do that. But it's no ones fault but my own. I hated it when MTV came out. My internal visuals, sometimes psychedelic, and the look and feel of the stories that ran through my head while listening to great music was forever ruined. I avoided MUCH and MTV like daytime soaps. Thank god music videos are dead (kinda).

Ah! everyones dogs!!! beautiful they all look happy and loved, solid temperments because their owners take loving care. I would show mine if i was less paranoid, but i had a male like Montunos, who is howling all the woes of the world, and he was just as soulful. a little smaller but the colors are there.
