We have a great way to cook roast beef and prime rib.
It gets browned in a pot with spices / rub then the oven gets heated to 550.
5 minutes per pound with the oven on, and then turn the oven off but don't open the door for 2 hours.
Comes out. killer.
I'll be 49 this year but i seem to think im still in my twenties just ask the woman im always after..

When I start slicing the dog (you've seen her, big fluffy white beast) is right there because she nows she's got the first slice - the end slice. And maybe a couple bonus slices. Then she takes off to her bed because she knows begging isn't cool. She stays on her bed until we're done with everything including clean up. When I call her she comes ripping around the corner into the kitchen knowing it's time for a score.
Woof ... Woof ! Good Morningmy dog is good like yours. goes and lies down after initial interest, so the humans can eat. then when the bad dogs are begging, i call her over and feed her first... by a while.
