I am curious...
1. Why keep the plant roots confined to the plastic pot?
2. Why put the grass/weed sod back on top of the plant's dirt? It will grow and have to be cut.

Dude you’re completely misunderstanding what I’m doing ..that’s a 1 gallon plant going into a large hole that was backfilled to the point where I could put in the empty 1 gallon container as a template which is what it is ...then I pop one plant out and I put it right in the ground perfect hole after I remove the freaking pot ...you’ve been drinking beer
Also the circular grass cut outs are acting as removable lids to the plant holes and they are fantastic and keeping the moisture inTake a look in the Tom hill haze thread for some pics of the thh I started at the same time. Looks like the OH is going to take quite a bit longer the the thh.

I humbly submit the Johnny’s OHaze is the best that I’ve grown from my limited selections and it’s the only pure Haze is that I’ve grown yet
Looking forward to trying them. Maybe first samples in August? July will be weeks 12 through 16.
16 weeks max you should be able to take them at 12 to 14
Remember that I concentrate my products so my opinions might have different values then other people

They had the lemon-lime smell at 10-12 weeks. The smell gets lost by 16.
Eventually I will grow them out again
