I’m ready to rip.
You could sing
This is my drum teacher friend.
I have 4 sets of drums…2 electric and 2 acoustic… my pride and joy acoustic is my set of 1965 Gretsch’s that I took the midnight blue pearl overlay off and polyurethaned the whole kit except for the metal snare and also removed the bottom heads and hardware and filled the holes with wood filler so they looked like concert toms….bought the whole kit for 250 bucks back then of courseI have a buddy that teaches drums and is willing to trade herb for lessons. He actually has a degree in percussion. I traded some mushrooms for these a while back. 5 piece Gretch birch with pearl pedal. And he gave me a Roger's snare to go with it. Yes they are dusty. And I have no idea how to play. View attachment 18830223 View attachment 18830224
He once told he has drummed for 12 hours. That was great…dude is larger than life and very agile while playing to say the least…sticks look like toothpicks in his hands…almost 3 minutes and it looks like he could do another solo…very nice
I've got some old Yamahas with deep toms that I want to cut down and ditch the resonant heads. never gonna happen at my motivation level, lol.... more likely to switch to roto toms, I want to try a flat low set up like this one.I have 4 sets of drums…2 electric and 2 acoustic… my pride and joy acoustic is my set of 1965 Gretsch’s that I took the midnight blue pearl overlay off and polyurethaned the whole kit except for the metal snare and also removed the bottom heads and hardware and filled the holes with wood filler so they looked like concert toms….bought the whole kit for 250 bucks back then of course

Isn't it supposed to rain in the spring? Dry as New Mexico where I am in Ma, WTF.
What the hell ya waitin for…drums and bass heartbeat of musicBase would be much easier because you’re hitting single notes with large strings .. the finesse & dexterity of the guitar playing is out of the question
