I have not tried it as steak, to be fair. I’d assume it depends on the cut & the animal.
Have tried salame de cavallo, and also the dish L’oi Hoosi, but not in many years.

This week looks to be killer weather wise.

Playing some golf today. Last couple days had the schenks something awful but I think the 14 beers and Flower Power's wax may have had something to do with it lol.

It is loud outdoors with the birds, Spring peepers, everything waking up after winter. We had an Osprey sighting, a trio of Buffleheads on the ponds, Raptors galore. Beautiful time of year!
