Good morning life goes on cashing out on my previous crop ..I had four main vendors & two of my buyers balked on me ( and I deleted them ..lol ) one of the others guy was short on cash , but he took some, & the other guys is coming through in $pades, so I can splurge on a new device and not feel guilty ..price tag is $449.00 >>>

Not necessarily ..the guys I was dealing with obviously need to make money so they want it as cheap as possible ..I’m not in the mood to compete with anybody else ..My qualities hands-down the best around here and I busted my ass to make it so fuck them if they don’t wanna pay for it ..It doesn’t matter right now the point is moot because one guy has a lot of money to spend & has the means to resell it quickly

But .. Istill down to one from four ..don’t have much faith in this industry I’m gonna give it 2 to 3 years max in the state ..That’s my prediction ..man I miss the days when it was $5600 a pound that’s $350 straight up which is what I was getting 25 years ago

last week I drove to one of the dozens of grey market "weed farmers market" events that happen upstate every weekend and it was shocking how poor the quality was overall. it was in a very depressed little town called Lyons in a barber shop. $5 to get in and there looked to be more sellers than customers when I showed up, might have been 10 people walk through in the 2 hours I hung out smoking with a homie.

most of the flower looked like it was imported not locally grown and it was mostly hella dusty dry. many vendors had huge bags of the smallest flowers you have ever seen. in the legal states the smalls used to get turned into extracts but once the west coast market got saturated with extract they started sending all that crap east to the poorest areas like where I live and you need 20-30 pieces of them just to make an 1/8th bag, lol.

saturation doesn't even come close to what my area looks like now with all the stores and events and everyone growing at home. a neighbor of mine was recently trying to move his friends outs at $50 for a QP with no luck here, lol.

the 250 or so hemp farmers that got permitted to grow acres of THC legally really crushed our local outdoor market this year and I can't even imagine where all this is headed anymore. I'm grateful that I am not growing for the money and I hope my friends who need it to survive can hang in there until something changes. farming legal weed doesn't look like the cash cow everyone expected but at the retail end the folks selling the prerolls and 1/8ths are still turning a profit...

Michigan got medical in 2008 and rec in 2018. And the price has been steadily dropping. I think this the first year where it seems totally flooded. No shortage of garbage herb, no shortage of acceptable herb and not much of anyone shopping for anything much over 80 zip. I'm still getting 120. But it's slooow

Fortunately for me (even though all my eggs currently are in one basket ) I am getting five $ dollars a gram straight up and he’s taking as much as I can deliver so I really can’t ask for anything more given the current state of affairs

going for between $280 an oz average weed to $350 for good here. hoping some of the legal folks growing in SW Virginia knock a dent in the local market this coming year. they aren't scheduled to have rec sales for another year or so...legal ones, that is. you can "gift" it or swap it, but not buy or sell it. i still want to know how/where they legally got seeds, myself...

I got all the haze babies numbered and cloned. I plan on cutting another round in a week or so. Killing off the moms. Keeping a cutting of each and flowering the other. Some nice smelling plants in there. The O haze is starting to show sex and has a funky leather (Never smelled leather) scent and the Tom's haze has a few similar smells plus a few spicy and somewhat mentholish smelling ones. I didn't notice and pistols on the Tom's haze yet. The Tom's haze has sturdier stems and shorter internode spacing. There are a few weaker plants and I'm not sure if it's overcrowding or if they are less vigorous. Either way the clones will have a chance to let the shorter ones catch up.
