It can put you in a box usually that indicates an intense state of dissociation kind a like being frozen but still aware of external stimuli at the same time if I’m seated on my couch and listening to music it’s cool
Letting it soak even with the juice of three lemons there’s still a lot of biomass in there to chug down it’s gonna be a huge body load but I know it’ll smooth out
After all the teas and chocolate and other techniques I have tried. I usually just have some candy, lemon heads and sour patch kids both work great. And just start eating the mushrooms. When it gets tricky I munch a few candies and drink some water and then start eating more mushrooms.
I also have a big bag of crumbs that my buddy gives me a couple times a year.
I need to make something out of. I usually do an extraction and make some purple goo. And then make chocolates or add to honey and share at festivals or parties during the summer.
The plan is to down this take a short walk with cookie come back and then let it kick in because I know the first couple hours for me it’s almost sedating
