Very humid today was soaked with sweat and some kind of horsefly attacking my head but no mosquitos surprisingly. Brought me back to my gorilla days..should probably have some plants out there.
So many bugs ! deerflies & horseflies are the worst
Great haul! I'm jealous lol they look absolutely delicious. Eradication efforts have definitely ramped up in the past few years. They actually grow in NYC and I used to pick them as a kid sometimes but my favorite/best spot is fenced up right now and I havent had time to climb in there.

Humidity today kicking my ass I feel you dude. Wouldn't want to be checking up on my grow today- wearing a hoodie and long pants to avoid the ticks has been pretty brutal these past few weeks. This is my first year doing any real growing and loving the guerilla thing so far- super addicted currently- picture taken 8 days ago.

First zucchini's I've ever grown also came in about 2 days ago- No idea what im gonna make with them but i like the way they look haha.

Zucchinis are great I usually just fry them up in a pan with oil and garlic salt

Sometimes I use those milk jugs too. I chop the top off but leave the handle then put my belt thru the handle for a"hands free" container.
Just gotta make sure not to drip sweat into the jug on days like these.
All the wineberries are gone at my spot, but we did get some blueberries today. They aren't wild tho, previous residents plants a bush.
I did plant 2 pink blueberry bushes in my yard this year, hope to get a bunch in future seasons.

I’m outside quite a bit the best thing I found is to use a bandanna pirate style keep it all the way down past your ears tied around the back

need to do a final wash on your colas this is a good method is to mix up a pretty weak solution and then give them a quick dunking and then again in Clearwater and then let them hang

Nothing too crazy mostly deer various birds lots of squirrels things of that nature . Woodchucks raccoons
keep an eye on your stuff. i've lost plants to both deer & groundhogs before... :shucks: and one to a golden retriever that pulled it up roots and all & ran through the neighborhood while everyone watched and wondered where he found it. :whistling: stupid dog!

My relatives in Northville in the Adirondacks feed the deer in the winter. Corn mostly I think. Glad you get to see animals. We have turkeys around here near Boston...I usually see them. Rabbits too. Squirrels and Chipmunks. Birds. Couple big Hawks live close by

I had been sunning them on the back porch in the morning and then moving them over into a fenced area for the afternoon but those larger ones obviously I brought in side so I don’t really have too much of a problem with the wildlife these days

Deer around here are the number one offenders …they are just absurd

Grow a field for the deer

And get 10 ft fences:biggrin:
I have much more sympathy for them in the winter time than in the summertime
You are going to like the trop c, its really a great plant to grow, sturdy and frosty with nice colors and taste.
The plan is to fill a room with them it’s gonna be at least a couple cycles till that happens but moving forward to it
