You can’t do any thing with your bike other than exercise and fun around here …you’ll have to ride about 60 miles round-trip to do the shopping or get services on your bicycle and that ain’t happening…I’ve got a Dodge Ram truck it’ll only run well on premium unleaded..I tried using lesser grades but not only does it lag in performance but I actually get engine lights coming on the dashboard…
I’ve got a stash including psilocybin mushrooms , LSD, DMT , MDMA , & ketamine… …I don’t seem to be reaching for it anymore… I do use ketamine for mental health therapy once a month as an infusion at a doctors office in Albany and seems to keep me on the straight and narrow…

while it's not really what you would call fun pulling a trailer,it's strangely liberating...
when i lived in alaska,there was this old swiss guy,and by old i mean in his late 80's,he lived like 30 miles out of town,he would ride into town,do his shopping,and then ride home with 4 five gallon water jugs strapped to the bike,pack on his back,big ol smile on his face...and an old school dutch style black bike,3 speed,coaster brake...40 lbs for the bike,160 for the water times 80+ years old = total badass

it's a 25-30 minute drive in any direction to get anything other than a gas station with sodas. And it's not too safe to ride bicycles on all these blind turns with all these methed out speeding hillbillies. People do it tho.

I do it two ways >> Monthly administered as an infusion under doctor supervision in his office …it’s really cool I have my own room all set up nice and comfortable and I go in with headphones (actually earbuds) and listen to healing frequencies that I’ve loaded onto my iPhone during the procedure ….usually I’m in and out in about an hour and a half it’s really expensive out of pocket cash only but my insurance company has just started a reimbursement program so we’re working on that…He also prescribed for me a nasal spray which I take in the interim >>>
good thing with that stuff you know what your getting potency wise. some of these k analogues going around are insanely strong and some trippy af shit can get weird

How is the pharmaceutical stuff? We have a clinic opening near here soon. Definitely considering paying them a visit.
I recommend the clinic if you have an opening bring your insurance card so they can get to work on reimbursement …Unless you can get black market S isomer( which I prefer but it’s really hard to get hands on ) the stuff I get from the doctor is incredible

I did that pass-out and fall onto a wall heater with the back of my head thing also, and have a plate holding my neck bones in place now. Due to a different prescription drug, that really I didn't even need.
