Just make sure you dry it off really well before cooking. I only hit mine with kosher salt to draw out moisture so it'll char better, then give it a little coating of olive oil and straight to a HOT grill. picture from a grow I had back in 1988...The top cola on the right when dried turned out to be over a 1/4 of a pound...was about 2 feet long...crazy Skunk/Afghani cross in both plants...really like the Christmas tree structure on the one to the left...geurilla grow never rarely checked on the plants...just set it and forget it
