stapler too noisy, what else to use?

What have you thought through for noise control when you fire up the ventilation system? You keep up the worries with little noises here and there and you'll about drive yourself crazy all day long at work wondering if you're home is getting raided.

Uh, does your neighbor have a fire-mans pole running into your living room? How is he able to hear everything you do? The only thing I could ever hear from my upstairs neighbors was them either walking into their front door or fucking (there bed squeaked quite a bit )

Dude you shouldn't be growing there, sounds like there's a lot of security risks at your grow. Might want to wait until your in a better place.
