yes stress adds to resin ontent but takes away from final weight, i have a sodium buildup, so my buds would have been alot bigger if they could of taken up more nutes and if they wouldnt have lost most of there fans leaves my buds would have been more compact.. but whatever, as long as i still hit over a l a light ill be happy i didnt have to bring in any water which was cool, and im getting to see the effects...

as for an RO system id be having to change the filters almost dailt im sure, porbly not worth it.

why do people care if the bud is compact? or dense, i can see how it would help final weight with less growing space, wouldnt the trichomes have a harder time developing in a tight bud?

day 41 bud shot, pretty frosty.

these plants have a shit load of potential. next run its RO'd water, ill be buying and bringing it in again. the salt lock out is killing me this run. but whatever i didnt cost me anything but my bcuzz mix, i used shit i had lying around to set this test up...

hope you enjoy the pics. in at day 43 now and i should be chopping around day 50, but im guessing so maybe only at day 56-60. if it is big bud.

very interesting, both sides filled with girls and putting plants below also is nice to see also a possibility even though light charts show minimal light going straight down its yet even more space to grow, i despise seeing non vertical grows when people have the room, not enough people care about not wasteing valuable light power and therefore space as well, plus it seems they want to actually scrog because its so much fun when vertical grows do it automatically almost-

if this system is used in a perpetual style, for the first two weeks they sit underneath, when they dont need too much light its more about hormones,

another way to maximize the light to the bottom is with metal halides.

and just rotate the plants every couple days, Northern farmer, or NFR, in his last grow used only 4 shelves per side and filled the bottom up too.

if your ceiling is really tight to the lights and white then there is still quiet a bit of light.
imo perpetual with a mix of vertical hps and 1 mh horziontal.

No...pics are long gone. I think I ran about 220...5 shelves per side. I would have preferred 440 as the min plant count tho.
There is one thing tho that I would do if I ran a stadium again....and that's put a reflector between the bulbs. Like this...

if you build a v on the roof with the point downwards, and diamonds between the bulbs like you said, and your can filter inside the roof V reflector with the exaust holes cut directly above the bulbs, it cuts down on the heat, and reflects the max light to the stadium and floor area.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume math is your 3rd language and lay this out real quick for ya, then you can respond.
5 rows per side, 20ft long = Ten 20ft rows. Twenty two 1gal pots per row multiplied by 10 = 220 fuckin plants.

anyhoo, back to growing. i spotted 2 bananas on a plant today at day 44 now, they are still growing vigoursly at the tips of the buds. im having alot of pistals maturing now, havent seen any cloudly trics, im waiting till about 35% amber on the side buds to cut.

i microwaved 2 small buds off of the only m39 plant in the room which will be cut tomorrow, and it was pretty smooth considering, ive been flushing for 10 days, and added molassis most of the flowering cycle.
