If Avid works for 28 days, then why do you have to spray 3 times 3 days apart to kill all life cycles?

I think you are thinking of Floramite that lasts up to 28 days. 1 spray, all dead.

I've never needed to spray them a second time with Avid...and most of the eggs never hatch after the spraying - the very few that do, die immediately after their first feeding. But the 28 days is the max persistance in an ideal environment that doesn't promote it's natural breakdown.

Never tried Floramite, but I've heard lots of good things about it - and some bad tho. What I read on a PDF from the manufacturer stated that it remained active on the plant for up to 12 months...maybe that was a longer duration version for particular uses?

Hola!!!

Pico: I did an little search about the availability of Floramite in Finland and as I thought it is very hard to get. It is currently in test in Finland and if you wanna try it you need permit for it before you can purchace it. Bad thing is that they dont give permits to private citizens -> you have to be some kind of representer of an industrygreenhouse before they permit you to Floramite = FUCKED UP SHIAT!!! This countrys law´s suck to the bottom my bro´s & sisters!!!

I hope you guys/gals are enjoying mitefree gardens as I dont!!!

Have a nice weekend people and stay safe!!!

Are the no pest strips safe to keep near plants if they are so toxic, i'd rather not be smokin any residual chemical...

Same with Floramite....

Is it safe to use and then harvest, cure, and smoke? I'd rather not die .. :(
