Looks legit, you should get your IPM going. Consistent maintenance will prevent issues like PM.

"don't mind the sulfur, plants just got sprayed"

It's organic micronized sulfur, not PM. It leaves a chalky residue that looks similar to PM. That gets sprayed first, then another spray a day or 2 later and it washes away. I rotate a 4 part IPM, always switching sprays every time.

Ozone is definitely effective but I have many organisms that are as opposed as our common plant pests.

Sulfur and hydrogen peroxide are my front line.
Yeah, have to clear the place of animals and plants, but ozone is just that extra step of overkill. I've battled enough pests & diseases in my day that I will go the extra mile to keep them away.

Sulfur + h202 are the best and first line of defense here, too.
