SOUR DUBBLE INFO THREAD

Sorry @hammerhead that's what I meant. Sour dubble but my damn auto correct. You'll be the first one to journal any S2 of it.
Good luck!

hammer ,
curious obviously these s2 are very fresh seed , do you find germination is sometimes down using such fresh seed ? or averaging 98/99% like a nice cured seed ?

cheers

Fresh seeds will always have less % that will pop.. I dont do germ testing until the seeds have had 4 weeks of drying time.

The last batch of Darlins nets had 100% after just 2 weeks dry time. I would agree tho that to get the best results you should give at least a month drying/curing time to do a proper germ test.
No for an on topic update lol. I have 6 sdubbs 16 days in and showin lots of fluffy tops :woohoo:
I didn't bother with the epsom sprays this time and the verigation is bad lol. Wanted to see if they would do as good as before. Then about a week ago I realized my flower room is like a cave with a candle compared to my last room so I'm sure I won't see anything close to what I had before. These 6 are sharing one 600 in a 3x3 with no a/c. Cooling is coming from a 6" max fan. This may be the only run I do at this spot if I can't make better accommodations.

yep i figured , i actually have done very large germ tests personally , 60/70 % at best when fresher and after 3 month cure same seed 95/99% germination .

but i wanted your experience & others , thanks heaps . sorry to clog this awesome thread a little .

I thought it was from the shell still being wet. If the shell is still wet it wont crack.. Just my guess

Stoked as all hell to be able to have these hammer!
Got 4 in paper towels, I'll let the rest age a few weeks since they are so fresh.

Sour dub x querkle. It branched out nicely after pinching off the top at 3rd or 4th node.

good call letting them cure longer i rekon . saying that friend just popped my freshest 4/4 . only just made and dried .

i just go with nature , normally a seed go,s through a winter then germs when winter is done and conditions are right . need a seed expert tech tell us all exact science lol
