igrowone, I don't think that a judge would issue a warrant on seed purchase alone. but he may. given that the seeds went to a po box I think the judge was reluctant to issue a warrant at the residence.
It was odd that they did not have a warrant. I think that 99.9% of people will let them in willingly.

They most certainly lie to you when trying to gain access. The investigator said that he had me under investigation for the last three months. and that he "knew" what I was up to.
I "knew" that he had nothing because I never sale and my acquaintances don't smoke.
later on in discovery it was found out that this was a lie but they will say anything. to gain acess.
