Touche and well done sir!
Why? Where are all the reported cases of heart problems due to marijuana abuse? Huh? Are you a medical professional or just shooting from the hip?
Yeah,
It can cause sudden problems with Blood Pressure (usually a decrease) for a short period of time right after smoking.
If you have a Heart Condition this could cause additional troubles.
I noticed that certain Strains cause the lowered Blood Pressure more than others and it goes “away” or back to “normal” pretty quickly.
Well - we have the option of doing what we like to do - and because of it we might die earlier - than if we didn't do what we like to do -
Some people like base jumping in wing-suits - I like smoking cannabis - and have done for at least 45 years now - and know of many who are as old, or older that have used cannabis most of their lives without much if any ill effect - Yes there are some risks you take with the use of cannabis - you just have to weigh-up whether or not those risks are worth taking against the benefits you might get from smoking it over so many years -
None of us will live forever - so we might as well try and enjoy the time we have left -
I always thought it was common sense that someone at risk of heart attack should not smoke a racy, paranoid inducing sativa. But I doubt common weed would be a problem and I also believed that indicas would probably help relax somebody in that situation.
reminds me of type o negatives singer.....diagnosed with heart palpations but would do a couple 8 balls then eat 60 bucks in chinese food. Its your life enjoy it
smoking coke with heart palpations seems more risky
It's funny you mention that. As I stated earlier, I know it can raise my BP, but that's when I'm smoking it on the regular. If I quit for a few weeks and toke up, I have to be careful on the first few hits or I'll get a "whitey" and fall out. It's fucking weird. But after that initial drop in BP, I'm back to normal. I have no explanation for it.
