hi all

quick update

here is a pic of the original haze x skunk #1. they're between 2 and 4 weeks old. ive got another 3 of these plants off a freind that have been topped. Pics to follow

I'm growing in coco and didnt realise u had to feed from day 1 rather than waiting till the cotyledons started to turn yellow so thats why there is a nute def on the bottom of some of the hazeskunks. Ive learned by my mistakes and it wont happen again lol famous last words.

next up the Old School Thai Haze x Skunk #1. these are between a few days and 2 weeks old

3 of the thai hazes can be topped which im going to do soon, clone the cuttings, veg till 6 inches then flower, that'll give me an idea of the stretch and its sex

both strains now on 2ml/l canna coco A+B even the little thai hazes

Looking nice h g. The plant that was near your bathtub looked a little stretchy, but then that is to be expected with this strain. All you plants look nice and I hope the best for you.

yeah it stretched like fcuk when i switched the lights to 12/12 so i could sex it. its been topped now and ive taken cuttings. still dont know if its a female....i presume it is cos the males showed their bollox pretty quick (about 3 days)

i cant wait for these to grow...ive only got indies to smoke....hate them...cant even be bothered playing the xbox360...just sleep all the time and cant remember if ive put sugar in my coffee n stuff lol

2 weeks later ......the thai hazes at around 5 weeks from germ

ive had another seed germ (bottom right hand corner)....took 4 weeks for this one to be born. 80% germ rate for these

im just waiting for them to start pushing out pre-flowers, then i'll top them

I kept 4 of the best looking original haze x skunk#1's and they all turned out to be ladies. I'd had them on 12/12 for a bit to force sex so they'd stretched a bit. Pic in the background is 3ft tall. Ive taken 40 clones, 10 from each mother plant.

well its been about 5 and a half weeks since i started germing the thai hazes.

2 hadnt cracked after a week or so..... so i just put them in coco and told myself if they hadnt popped their heads up out of the dirt by Jan 1st i'd bin them

i was going to throw them out today as duds but i decided to give them one last chance to germ and i put them in a cup of boiling water that had cooled for 5 mins and 12 hours later one had cracked

ive had a 70% germ rate for both strains...im happy with that. I killed 1 Old School Thai haze going in my grow room drunk trying to take the shell off...i wasnt happy with that lol

everythings going ok. i switched the lights on the hazeskunks to 12/12 last week to force sex when they was about 6 inches with the intention of switching back to 24/0 once they had shown their sex

after about 5 days they was over 2ft tall and still strectching and not showing sex, i was running out of space so i had to put them back into veg and topped them a few days later. The pic below is after it reverted to veg prior to topping

the thaihazes are only a couple of weeks old. Only prob i got is this and its only on this one plant. I dont know oif its nute burn or nute def cos i had just icreased the feed from 0.5ml/l to 1ml/l lol

i'll post pics of them all mid week

Looks Like your PH to me Sir!

Why? because when I see leafs twist like that, that is a sure sign...then you get other things happening like nute lockout, however so slightly...even just one or two of the nutes can be locked out.
Of course, I could always be mistaken.

i got 2 thai haze phenos, once very tall and stretchy with thin leaves, the other is short and compact with bigger leaves. Ive had a 90% germ rate with these

both phenos are on 2ml/l Coco A+B and showing signs of nitrogen toxicity, so im going to ease off the nutes to 1ml/l

im going to keep 2 plants, 1 pheno of each and veg these till maturity before flowering

there is alot of stretch going on it the top one, and twisted leafs are a sign of PH problems, infact, the excess of nutrients could of affected your PH adversely. What does it being 3.5ft tall have to do with the problem previously? You have nothing to prove to me.

You know maybe you are right. I know I can have plants 6 inches tall with enough roots to fill that pot. is it even a 1 gallon? Doesn't look like it. However, you can make lovely bonsai's in those.

if you look on the left bottom side in one of the pics, it looks like roots are poking through a little, might not be. Most people use 3gal pots minimum per plant. You may be burning them and causing other problems because the pots a little small. shouldn't be hard to transplant though. lookin healthy enough.

What kind of lighting are you using? indoor or outdoor? looks like outdoor.
