I gave them 4 weeks of growth from germination to 12/12. The Skunks have grown quite a bit, but the other pure indicas have stayed small. I'd say the Skunks have more resin. I think they still have a lot to say. It said they would be ready in 8-10 weeks, but there aren't any at 8, and I'd say there aren't any at 9 either. They have a faint smell, but I don't know what it is. I don't recognize the smell of Skunk. These pure indicas are leafy. I like the Skunks better; they have more of a sativa structure. With larger pots you would also have to veg them longer.
I think the 7 litre pot size is ok but longer veg might have helped a little bit
Some of them are growing really nice chunky buds
How is the resin content on the Hades?
Are they smelling yet? any smells developing?
As you already know indicas take a long veg due to no stretch. I'm not sure if bigger would've been better just check the roots after harvest and see if any look rootboundI gave them 4 weeks of growth from germination to 12/12. That could be salt build up from the mineral nutrients you’re using since you use them every time you water your plantsHere we go with the problems. Ugly leaves, yellow leaves, burnt tips, spots... Maximum temperature over 25, minimum over 17, humidity over 40%, pH 6.2, EC as indicated on the nutrient table. Watering 1 liter every three days. Fertilizer with each watering.
I haven't measured the drainage EC because it doesn't drain, nor had I thought it necessary, fertilizing according to the table. I haven't watered once a week as you say because it's not indicated in the table either. The manufacturer said to add fertilizer daily. It could easily be what you're saying...That could be salt build up from the mineral nutrients you’re using since you use them every time you water your plants
With mineral/salt based nutrients it’s adviced to use plain water once a week with good run out to prevent salt build up in the grow medium
Have you measured the EC of your watering run out? Is it higher than the nutrient solution’s that you pour in?
So if your run out EC is higher than your feed’s then it’s better to flush the grow medium very well with very mild nutrient solution – with like 5% strength of normal feed - till you get the run out EC to drop
Yes, the production is fine, but I'm going to water them with just water and measure the drainage EC, as my friend says. They look good man from here. I wouldnt worry about fan leaves the plants look happy and yield looks good
When you use salt based feed you need to see good run out after watering your plants, so that older salt build up gets washed out a little bit. Run out after watering is even more important with salt nutes than organic bottle stuff.I haven't measured the drainage EC because it doesn't drain, nor had I thought it necessary, fertilizing according to the table.
