I don't know anything about Cane Corso though, a guy I know has them and they are solid and good protection dogs because when I went into his garage they watched me closely and were not afraid.

Those are 2 different dogs?

Same dog she's 3 years shes got that adult dog attitude now,
They were one of the breeds used to breed Staffordshire Pits
They are very sweet to owners weary of strangers unless approved by owner.

They do bite hard, she play bites and mouths you arm with restraint
There comes a time when they get older you probably stop the play bite stuff alot of muscle behind them
With sheppards im sure your all too aware of their nature and they do have a cuddly nurturing side

She has a glossier coat in the first pic

She had been in the drink in some of those photos
But again it might have been that I was feeding her a very high protein puppy feed until she started gaining some weight
They go thru a reindeer stage long and lean till almost 2 very active puppies

Her coat did change a little from jet black to some brown brindle more visible in direct sunlight

Don't let her mouth you, it's a sign of dominance, mine will try it and he gets tuned in,always make sure the dog knows everything it has is yours and you're inviting her to use or eat it and she is lower on the pecking order, makes the dog happier and listen.

Mine wants my wifes position on the totem pole, and she used to carry him in her arms and treat him like a fragile baby so he knows she's weak and now they don't care for each other so I have to babysit both of them because he outweighs her . He will actually get up when she goes to the bathroom and lay in front of her chair so when she comes out she can't sit down and I have to call him to move out of the way.

Not sure whether it will be a Afghan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, or Korean strain 🤷‍♂️ maybe something else...
Well what would everyone like to see?

Some choices could be...
Kandahar Black
Garlic Bud
x18
Deep Chunk
Pine Tar Kush
Lash Gar x
Balkh

Already did a nice Bombay Kush '79

Overview map of the world in 200 BC:
Sarmatians, Saka, Yuezhi, Xiongnu and other nomadic pastoralists
Did want to get into the culture a little

Tribes and populations

Genomics-based taxonomy to clarify cannabis classification
Publication: Genome
14 June 2023

INTERESTING IS THE THREE CLASSES
LONG DAY, SHORT DAY, DAY NEUTRAL 🤷‍♂️
DEPENDS ON YOUR GOALS AND VIEW POINTS
SUNRISE SUNSET AT THE EQUATOR OR IN THE HIMALAYA

Excerpt:
Precise taxonomic information is crucial for the study of Cannabis and in its absence,
we risk the loss of genetic diversity as historic landraces may not be identified and preserved.

Genetics is a good starting point hopefully all those years of genetic memory pass it forward the ability to chase, smell, hunt.

The other thing that comes to mind is hunger, if a falcon is not lean it's not going to serve the falconers needs.

Indoor dogs are also less apt to tolerate cold water as well as an outdoor dog, you know the kids and grand kids like to pet the dogs belly and have it roll over on its back.
Not ok for my purposes...

But we still let the dog in the house on the bed and keep it pet, warm and fat...

My great grandpa would not have approved...
Dogs don't come in the house...
Hunting dogs are for hunting and ain't got no use for a dog that don't hunt.

Even if it comes from a great pedigree
And fits the breed standard of a hunting dog

Agreed, facts....every generation gets a little more spoiled. Respect to those that work dogs. That's what they are happiest doing!

These dogs!!!

According to the Seljuk chronicles of the eleventh century, there was:'A remarkably fine breed of dogs in Ghor so powerful that in frame and strength every one of them is a match for a lion.'

While I'm not in to fighting dogs for any purpose there is enough dangerous game in the mountains to prove a catch dog, there are places I have lived with bears, wolves, coyotes, cougars, it's nice when the kids and woman are outside and I'm not around the dogs earn their keep.

I don't worry about them when I'm gone.

The Laconian (Ancient Greek: Λακωνικοί Κύνες, romanized: Lakonikoí Kýnes), also known as the Spartan and the Castorian, is an extinct dog breed from Ancient Greece typically used for hunting.

I'm going to find a picture of my white lab she was about 120 pounds and fierce and lovable at the same time... miss that pup

Bred by a PA farmer for goose hunting bred big heavy dogs not to standard very similar in appearance to the above kochi dog
I used to take her to the river she would be in the water before I could get there

Mastiffs have excellent full web paws for swimming
