Same thing as running a meth lab. TX has no cultivation laws, so it falls under manufacture of a controlled substance. 30+ years...yep.

That's it. The law doesn't play down here at all. Hard time for next to nothing. The war is still going on strong.

I have some exercise equipment I'm going to throw in there for the time being.

I'm also starting an outside garden. Grapes, tomatoes, blackberries, and asparagus for right now. They are in pots at the moment. I just had a bunch of mushroom fertilizer and topsoil brought in. I'll post some pics when everything is up.

SpaticGramps, I live in Oregon and you are always welcome out here! Medicine will be on the house. I love Texas, chilled in Austin for a while (long while), moved to Flagstaff, then settled up in Oregon. The MJ laws in your state are just outrageous, please bring your knowledge and love to a state that embraces the same beliefs as you.

Texas will be the dead last state to legalize. Don't live in anticipation of law makers.
