AAPL down 14pts finally just getting the end of the day short covering bounce , actually visited right to that jan sell-off dip/ support @ $325 (just above ) and after a quick shakeout bounced back over $330

can see thata $325 area as some lower support ,

I like Cramer and he's got some good insight on certain things but for sure he's just a player in the game with great connections. The market was throwing up red flags when basically all those guys were saying buy or everything is OK.

Anyway...BRNC holding up very well I think.

PWAV, which I thought would eventually falter in this type of market, trying to make a move. There were questions about it's last earnings report with some saying they front loaded a bit and that's when it broke down. Still though pretty healthy formation.

I was wondering if NEP would revisit the -$4.50 area after it broke significantly below $5 and sure enough. I like how yesterday's low took out the previous low.

Producer prices rose sharply in February as food costs spiked by the most since 1974, the Labor Department said Wednesday. But analysts, like the Federal Reserve, expect underlying consumer inflation to stay tame as companies struggle to pass on higher costs.

We knew this was coming. I've been seeing higher costs in the supply chain for awhile. There might be a bit of a lag before companies increase prices with spikes in their costs sometimes but it's inevitable.

Every point drop in the Q's gives me a 100% gain. Volume started to slow then accelerated into the close. Like I said I got my popcorn ready (puts). BAD day...new low on the pullback on HUGE volume. We ain't even close to a bounce IMO. Now an APPL downgrade.

The only sector with a lot of stocks setting up bases for potential moves up is energy.

Love Cramer too , many of his thesis are well thought out & many of his momo's in an up market are golden ...better to minimize noise best most learn to do their own DD & trading in the quiete zone ...after much technical charting so the hand remains steady & knows pivots in advance. Too much Cramer buzzing in your head can cause a definite defraction ...like CNBC which is pure noise most of the time .
(guy is a terrible short usually, or what he admits .)

In a good market NEP looks like a perfect oversold double bttom bounce candidate on the daily @ $4.50...but thats in a happy market not a great chart, they just reported earnings . And just look at those two perfect double tops before @ $8 in oct/nov !, just another example of those . Something been a weight on this one ...

( only 21mil float oil company that didn't pop a few weeks back ,see revs were down yoy due to some flooding issues ....chinese are not the most accurate with their reports<g )

As I've said I don't know shit about currency. Saw talk that Japanese insurance companies will repatriate some yen to cover costs but others saying they have enough in reserve to cover things. They were talking like $6 billion in insurance losses and talk also that the whole tsunami thing will cost about $200 billion. Very light volume move up today. UN approved the No Fly Zone in Libya. The situation in Japan still in flux. G7 stepping in to help stabilize the yen. So we're gonna bounce how? B short.

Especially at 45,000 shares ;-) I haven't won any contests yet but makes up for crazy dumb losses.

2 contest I'm playing...One is limited to 25,000 shares and the other 45,000 shares.It's still a Amex (American Stock Exchange) stock rather than a penny stock.

Just for shit and giggles...I got 36,000 shares at $1.00 and now it's at $1.05 and profit is $1800 so far. :dance013:

I limited another buy order for 5000 shares at $1.03.
Would I do this in real life ??? I'm don't think so....

GS like many held its 200ma off $155 pivot with RSI just touching the 30 ...market's taken a dive but from really high levels but knew this pivot would hold for now for GS ...almost same chart for the $COMPX where the CCI/RSI indicates a bounce but needs some of these big techs to see bounces to like INTC MSFT etc .

The SMH (semi's) $33 got a weak bounce off the oversold @ $32.50 , the trend now is going to be providing more & more wireless broadband cause they're just going to be overloaded with all the new iPads & net connected devices . Neart term they won't be able to even come close to meeting the demands of thru-put broadband ...that's name of the game here on out , that is wifi, 3G & 4G wireless .

(CSCO & the fiber optics just being slugs in the basement here , worth watching ...INTC also scraping along the far oversold and even mighty QCOM just bouncing a little off the RSI 30 as did TXN ...techs not so hot now )

The one that hasn't budged so much & held its 50ma thru this all was the
OIH but hasn't done much of anything ....but CRZO was a great pick for
the bounce candidate on the Mon/Tues swoons . Could have grabbed it under $30
now hesitating @ the 50ma near $35....good one !

Sure popped big into March after a great report , pretty pricey here , see if it runs back up again into more March Madness ...sure looks like getting near another bounce (held the RSI50 before , strong momo )unless some1 comes in with a downgrade , then grab the dip .

Verystrong support $49-$50 level & 50ma , but just may bounce from here @ $51 & the near term double bottom

Absolutely remember you mentioning BWLD...as for the second part...LOL!

Retiring the Buffett stock now will also allow top Goldman executives to sell more stock more quickly,if they choose to.

Closed my Q puts and looking at a few select issues now to pop at least short term. There's some good issues that have held up well and pressure building for a nice pop.

War on Libya, demonstrations in Syria and whatever else there is I'm missing...guess I shoulda bumped my puts to the next month? At least the situation with the reactors in Japan seems to be turning a corner...hopefully.

What a mess. The war on Libya is a stupid one IMO. Someone is just looking for an excuse. Shoulda been settled internally and they couldn't do it. Yeah a shitty situation, they tried to take him down but couldn't so guess we and other allies will. Not a rational use of the military.

Whoa...the next year or so will be fun!

Market's have been amazingly resilient given all the noise & Japan's woes plus ME idistress that bounce on GS is important as they are one of the largest Investment banks . The INDU , COMPX & the DJIA all bouncing right off the 30 RSI with their 50ma's sitting just above as resistance . Prolly make it back to the 50 then stay in a trading range for a while with some sector rotations & rebalancing acts .

ECA like alot of the stronger stocks bounces right off the 200ma @ $30 on last week's swoons .

A reseller of cigarettes market cap a HUGE $12bil with float of 145mil and 12mi shares got caught short with 6days to cover on good news friday morning after FDA announced it wasn't going to place a ban on menthol Ciggies which LO takes in near 85% of its revs from the sale of Newport Menthol . A $12Bil market cap for reselling just one brand of ciggies ...and still DEA/Feds have time to spend 6-8mos planning raids on dispensaries all across
