shops need to choose alchohal or bud they arent allowed to serve both

It effects everyone. its not about drinking booze or not. Its our lives being manipulated (by people who never been to a bar or coffeeshop in their lives. They only go to rotary clubs and golf clubs etc.) I mean whats the reason of this? will people drink less booze while smoking? or will they just drink it at another place?
