My buddy who lives around the corner has just asked me to put some training equipment in his house. I'm in the mood for barbell training again and have found a great barbell bench in the store. Let's see if there's room for it. My apartment is too small but I really want to do it.
I managed 130 kg in my youth and always enjoyed barbell training.
