If you want sleep meds I would try these.

i'm still battling fungus gnats , wave cycles of the bastards . store bought soil special test . i will most likely have to do a couple more dunks , but for now i will let my plant recover . i sprayed the surface and hoovered off the new adult gnats that emerged , and sprayed with a clove and saop water blend that i find helps and is gentle . not perfect but certainly reduces numbers . the neem soap, pyrethrum , rapeseed oil will be used as a soil soak ti kill larvae and make the substrate less favourable
i bent her over a bit more and folded a couple of smaller branches inwards, over the now bare area to shade the main stem as i have turned the power back up to full and switched on the extra far reds
