I do better these days, for years I just cooked everything on high heat and burnt the fuck out of it.
Now just cook on low with a few beers and tunes going and its done when it's done.

Occasionally crack out the chimenea and do a bit of jerk on coal.

Always wanted to try a proper hungi wrapped in the leaves full of lamb and sweet potato. Fuck yeah!!!
