heres one for you . do you put the sausage in raw, or do you seal it up and colour it first? i tend to seal the sausages first get them brown and raw in the middle and then into the mix ..... that is an old school meal mr basterd if ever there was one
I always put the sausage in raw mate😉hahaha

Nah I seal it aswell, on about 3/4 of the way around and leave the rawer bit of sausage facing up so it doesn't get all crispy.

A definite classic!!!

you are on top of the game . good move . otherwise the sausage casing is like a french sausage stew type ,,, a bit like a rubber johnny

Is there a great white shark on the menu in Australia? As some sharks are threatened with extinction, you can't eat them all.

It's always nice to discover new dishes when traveling. In Denmark, I ate carrots with peanut butter and orange juice with the locals. There are over 400 types of mussels in Portugal and they have extremely tasty espresso and fantastic desserts. The wine is also excellent, but my favorite is the grilled chicken.
And I ate garden snails from the oven with garlic with the locals. It took me a bit of effort, but after the first bite, I found them very tasty.

garlic can make anything taste nice man , i agree

frogs legs are not bad . i can eat them , but not something i seek out . sechzuan frogs legs from chinese restaurant is a dish i have tried and enjoyed , but don't get me wrong ,i would still prefer beef or chicken

I had the most exotic flavors in Indian cuisine. They were a bit too much for me at first. I visited my first Indian restaurant in London. I still remember that we passed a stop called Elephant and Castle.
That must have been around 1998.

my first indian cuisine from a restaurant called ' the gaylord' . my dad would not eat curry , but my mother loved spices and strong flavours

the gaylord was top notch back in the late 80s .

nepalese food is decent too
