you are on top of the game . good move . otherwise the sausage casing is like a french sausage stew type ,,, a bit like a rubber johnnyI always put the sausage in raw matehahaha
Nah I seal it aswell, on about 3/4 of the way around and leave the rawer bit of sausage facing up so it doesn't get all crispy.
A definite classic!!!

It's always nice to discover new dishes when traveling. In Denmark, I ate carrots with peanut butter and orange juice with the locals. There are over 400 types of mussels in Portugal and they have extremely tasty espresso and fantastic desserts. The wine is also excellent, but my favorite is the grilled chicken.
And I ate garden snails from the oven with garlic with the locals. It took me a bit of effort, but after the first bite, I found them very tasty.
vietnamese food is great .as is thai. i find vietnamese food a little lighter . i love asian cuisine tooAsian cuisine is very nice. It‘s tasty and often healthy.
my first indian cuisine from a restaurant called ' the gaylord' . my dad would not eat curry , but my mother loved spices and strong flavoursI had the most exotic flavors in Indian cuisine. They were a bit too much for me at first. I visited my first Indian restaurant in London. I still remember that we passed a stop called Elephant and Castle.
That must have been around 1998.
