Really not so much , the deadly snakes sound real scary to me. It good to here from someone like me who works out in it this it's not that bad. Large mammal attack are rare ,the number one threat is the black bear because they are most common and live in close proximity of people. Even black bear attack are rare. A few times a year there is some dumb tourist taking photos getting mauled by a bison in Yellow Stone. By far the most dangerous thing in the bush around here is tick born diseasePretty much mate. America has much more scary deadly stuff.

Yes it can be real debilitating. It's strange in my experience it's far more common with folks who don't go outside as much. All I can think is that folks exposed to them more are more aware of them. I find the little bastards crawling on me all the time and have to pull them out of me alest a few times a year. I am fortunate that I have an a allergic reaction to there bite and know with in a few hours. Yes I have had to wake my Mrs up many times to help me out with ones in all kinds of spots. There is quite a number of tick borne shit out there, one around here makes you allergic to all mammal meatMy mum caught limes disease from a tick and was really ill for a month or so.
Pretty scary stuff and tiny the bastards!
My mate ended up with one on his ballbag!! Idiot was working in bracken with shorts on in the middle of summer, his mrs got some tick remover gadget and got it out. Ouch!
Nasty! There was a bad shark one in Sydney about a year ago. You knew it was real because once the shark chomped him the birds all fly down!!
My mate walks his dog around the cliffs and talks to the local fisherman there, they said the only reason they fish there is because there's a huge hole/crater beneath, only a matter of time before the sharks turn up!
