making the famous scottish working mans meal ' stoveys' . mince , sliced tatties, carrots , onions ,some peas beef stock in one pot . i will commit blasphemy by adding a cheese crust on top as it nears ready .

stoveys can be made with any fresh meat or left over roasted meats with , potatoes,any vegetables and stock

all you could need in one dish . scottish style

the most beautiful theme park i have been to . the grounds , expanse of land , and gardens are fantastic

my tree surgeon mate ' skiddy' that i lost contact with , lives over that way near Leek i believe . one day i will hopefully bump into him again . i love that man . proper bloke with a heart of gold

stay away from the elederly, the sick, hospitals etc . they have been boosted or had the' flu ' shots .

post viral fatigue symptoms, similar to vaids .

a day out trip to Wales is on the agenda. hopefully this weekend if the weather is decent, if not the following weekend .

with owning a cat , i can't take vacations , but i can manage a long day away .

wales is marvellous . obviously the same rules apply to wales as they now do to all european countries. stay clear of the cities , and large suburban areas .

Wales is well worth visiting and exploring if anyone planned to visit the kingdom.
