Too cold here today, will be around 50 next week. Temps have been above average for the most part. Good time to get started on the garden work! Just don't dig soil when it sticks to the shovel, which means its too wet to work, and may cause compaction.

going to rosin filter some kief and have a chill out evening . i'm not going to prewash and the 25u filter should suffice. i can only filter 3 grams max at a time with my heat clamps , and only have a couple of filter bags left ,so i will have to re-use the filters as i proceed

How do you have the mesh set up? Stretched over a tup and tap it a bunch I think is what you did.

not very big. i used around i would guess 15 tonnes in total for a bed 12 x 2 m and i still need more .

i spin rough kief on a 160 , and then i low heat it and sueeze it through a 25 u filter. i could clean it further stages but you lose terps. i'm happy with the way i do it. fills my needs. [ignore the cat hair]

I bet that cleans it up pretty well. My bubble hash always turns out brown, I guess thats normal.

Cool so you used about 6-7 yards probably. May add some lime when you work the soil before planting, I was told by the mulch and potting soil mix place not to plant in straight compost, it needs to be blended for best results.

I had a couple 3x3 crates that I used for veggies on my porch. I filled them with peat based soil-less media and amended each year with chicken manure and lime. They were rotten and just took them out and burned them. Potting mix got dumped on the garden.

Easier to grow in the ground. Less watering. You will be able to take advantage of ground moisture a little, but it will still tend to dry with a raised bed.

the longer you cure the darker the hash will be through oxidization. tannin stains etc

nothing wrong with dark and certainly nothing wrong with pale

Thanks that sounds right. Its the green hash thats not very good. I guess like that video, the true test is light it and see how it looks when it starts to melt.

Those rosin presses aren't cheap, I guess thats what you're using.

if you are pressing keif or hash , you only need low heat and low pressure. therefore you do not need a big expensive machine. i can only press tiny amount sof flower that are not worthwhile really, unless its peach and i want some flower high terp rich hits.

i just use small heated clamps for the job of cleaning hash.
