Yeah me too, I love roast! Can't do without for more than a meal or we start to get hungry. I stay pretty active and I want to get stronger bigger muscles! You have to get the protein to gain strength.

Normally disease is caused by toxins in the body, so he suggests limiting or excluding some foods to follow a vegan diet. There is science behind it though. The digestive system is an important elimination route for toxins in the body otherwise they build up.
a good intelligent vegan eater is healthier than the average joe who eats processed food. so it looks appealing at times. if that same person aded meat , fish and eggs to the mix aswell, then that would be an improvemnt further
