Day 55!

Day 55!

Im at day 55 at these pics..

I ran out of batteries this weekend, so I didnt snap anything on the big gardens, but I tell you its looking all fine. Ill make sure to make a friggin big update sometime next week.. Ill spend some time just photo all the plants strainwise for the archives...

Now, the pics of day 55!

Here they are! There is still quite some difference on the plants... I guess that the 10 days older plants just had some serious issues with the TP stunt.. Maybe its some age/small root-mass-thingy.. I dunno really..

Then I get a message.. I hear that the landowner is planning to come inside my confortzone of the grow.. He said that he wanted to remove "the pile over there...". The only pile-lookalike closeby is the 10-15m3 mountain of old horseshit... right where I put my ladies!

So; I return to the place with my growbuddy, armed with shovels and a box to put them in...
And I try my best to get them both at once to not hurt the roots more then needed.. The "soil" is quite dry, and REALLY loose.. So it ends in disaster when the soilball pops in two and the plants and everything falls together ...

However, weed is weed is weed...! I taped it together somewhat, in the middle of the night, standing in flipflops and having sting-nettles up my ankles... -sigh- The shit we go throu for some herbs..
I want this legal, I want it now...!

Anyway, here is a pic of when they are transplanted to each 20l-container for the moment beeing...
And.. about the pic... Its taken with a cellphone, no flash... Its just... as dark as it gets up here right now!
Looks kinda lame/strange, but its really close to the truth.
Its 00.15AM... Hehehehehe....

picture.php

And finally; My colloidal silver-generator
Simple as it gets! 5VDC-adapter, a glassjar with a perforated lid. (a knife makes it really easy... Stab the lid, and the powercord goes throu, and just pull it to the more narrow part of the stabmark.

I made "P"-shaped silver-threads and attatched the wire from the powercords to the upper part of the "P".

I doubt it can be easier.. Just remember to keep the solution in the dark!

Stay safe!

Welcome Mr D!

Bad luck but it looks like you overcame the challenge.

Nice CS generator.

Thanks! :)

are these leaves sun burnt?

Lets take a look at one of the Necrotics...

View Image

I still do not know what caused the necrotic leafs.. I used some mosquito-repellant and Ive and someone stated that he/she had similar problems, and he was sure it was due to some chemicals at his hands.
Thing is; The rest of my plants should show similar signs if that was my case.
I think its just a major transplant-shock and... them old, late transplanted plants are all in flower-mode now.. a lil ahead of the rest..

Amen brother! Keep up the good fight!
..And what are you going to do with your CS generator...?

Im planning on converting 2 AK47 ladies to boys for feminized seeds until next season.
Both plants Im planning on giving a sexchange seems to managed the hasty transplant into buckets without to much stress. Im more then satisfied with them.

Anyway, While talking about the CS...

The solution was electrified for about 30 hours, a 5v 430mA-adapter.
I got a 8 PPM-solution from that.. Ill remake it and put the silverwire closer to each other this time...
Until its set up, Ill spray them with the weak solution...

But; Whats this shit on the wire? It it supposed to look like this?

And there you see what I ment with the "P"-shape of the wire... the red is silver, the green is the end of the copperwire from the DC-device.

So, then a few pics from the second garden..

A male Budwider thats been transplanted to the "male-garden";
(sorry for having the hand in there. but the camera wont focus on the flower, but the background if I dont use some fingers in there...)

And one of the AK47 ladies!

Ill continue in the next post..

That Budwider is a nice male dude. Those big male pre-flowers could open anytime now. Is that a male your gonna move and collect pollin from for future crosses?
The AK is a nice female. Did you want seeds? Or did you want sensi?

Sooo.. I went to check on them and give em some nutes.

They are on about half recommended dose, Greenhouse Power Feeding 15+7+22+(3.6)
Its not like I have time to measure everything when standing there, in the mess.. sweating, attacked by a swarm of mosquitos, gathering water in buckets from my tarpaulins.. LOL!
I just aim for ½ dose.. Some probably got 1/4, others 3/4.. But noone over full dose.. CB is low-nute-growth, and I would rather not test their upward capacity at this moment. Lol! ...on 20 strains..

So, here is a pic some of you might find... awkward/interesting.
Its 22.50, thats 10.50 PM, and the sun is still shining. hihi!

picture.php

Then a pic to make it easy to compare how they perform from week to week.

Front bed is 4 strains, in the back its 3 I think, and the necrotic plants.. They seem to be doing okay concidering how they looked.
Noone has answered about the hermie-possibility cus of the assumed transplant-shock. I assume its okay... just keep a keen eye on them..

picture.php

Btw, down to the left can you note that the plant with a bad stem didnt make it...

And a closeup of one AK47...

picture.php

I really like that its already some snow on them...

Thats a nice view to smoke a fatty too before the hike back. Nothing like having plants at such a pretty location.

That Budwider is a male dude. Rip HIM quick before he pollinates and seeds all your ladies.

Aye, Im well aware of this, and its already been taken care of. I also edited the post to clearify a lil'.
I took the best looking budwider and moved him with a diesel-mix-male to a prepared spot a good km away to keep pollen...

Lol, sorry for the confusion. :)

It sure is pretty here Alone. I never regret the move of comming here.

Bit of space to breath... who could do without it?

No time to sit still though, gotto keep moving with them Mosqies everywhere, lol.

@Femora, a copper tube around the stem keeps snails away. You could use any kind of flexible tube, make a slit, fold it around the stem, and tape it over with copper tape.

I said I sprayed the mosquito repellent over my hands, and the surplus droplets reaching the plants killed off my sprouts completely.
After your story I did not think this was the cause of your plants turning to wilt.
Still I got no idea why they did that. Must have been one hell of a transplant, lol

Day 50 Part #4

....to keep animals such as deers, reindeers and mooses away Ive rigged proxy-mines at the site. LOL, jk.. But; Ive set up a 0,5mm line about 60-70 cm above ground (thats 2 feet~, lol! ). This fishingline is attached to long branches at some trees. The thought is that whenever a animal goes into the fishingline it will for sure feel it in the chest/legs, and it will make the branches move. For sure will it make the animal scared, and hopefully it will remember it and NOT return to check on my plants.
It would be possible to set this kind of trap with plastic bags attatched to the line.. so that when some animal touch the line, the plastic will sound/move on the ground = guarantee for scaring the animal...

And, I have 3 small bottles with human urin.. I dig em down so just the top is visible, then I unscrew the cap. This should smell for a few weeks.

Here is a pic of the fishing-line-thingy.. It may be somewhat hard to understand since I explain like a tard, or im just high. lol..
Anyway, the thought is to not harm the top/mainstem of the plant, and to make the branches move, not the whole plant...

picture.php

And about the snails...

picture.php

I found two and executed them both.

Ill update the plantcount in the first thread since I lost a few sisters...

1 AK47
1 Black Jack
1 Snowstorm
and severely damaged;
1 Orig. Amnesia,
1 Black Jack
1 Fruit

Might be some more plants... but thats pretty close to the truth.

There is really not much to say about the plants that you dont know/can see.
They seem to be healthy beside the snails, and I cant really do anything about them now..
The damage they done is done, and they wont be able to hurt the bigger plants unless they in som amazing way multiply in numbers..

And the bigger animals that could take each plant in a bite should not bother from now on.... since they are preflowering and should taste aweful when they make recin/ before there is any seeds worthy to eat on them.

I think this is all for now.
Enjoy the pics and have a great evening!

Hi!

I got the same problem over here. My main grow is under attack from the spannish murder snail :)
Yesterday i putted some bags over the plants to protect them from the snails. The stelth are not as good anymore, but hopefully i will rescue the plant from this killing machine. I will post pictures in my post in an hour or two.

offthehook may have a better solution then the one you are using. Check it out. :)

How big are your plants, and how many snails are there around to mess with em?
The bigger the plant is, the better they resist snails...

Fem~

ps. Im bump my question about the CS-generator. Is the wire supposed to look like that? ;o

Wow nice line up! the C99 haze sounds very good . . . I've got some Dinafem Moby Autos going, have done them before, very good hazey smoke . . .

Some very good Guerrilla tactics here as well . . . I found placing bull thistle pieces around the plants kept everything away; they are sticky as hell no kidding, huge sharp point all over them. You may not have up there though, but I thought they were everywhere
