SSH still going, 10 weeks tomorrow. Slowly pistils are ripening from below but still plenty of new growth continuing. Will start to flush tomorrow. Bud with my thumb up has easily doubled in size in 2.5 weeks

In your sharing, we clearly see the advantages of One Bud, you get excellent tent space planning and huge buds per plant. :greenstars:

you could have started cutting your light cycle by 20-30 minutes a week 2 weeks ago to help in ripening. Really nice garden
Thanks. I debated that, but I have one of those old analog timers and it's a real pita to crawl back to where it lives (behind the tents) and push down a button or two once a week. What can I say, I'm lazy!

In previous runs they've finished by day 70 (without light schedule reduction), this time they're going longer. I figure Monday they're coming down just looking at the trichromes

Ended up switching the lights to 11/13 (thanks Robbie) on Weds. Leaves are slowly dying off, though the foxtailing and new growth continues. Also switched to plain water on Monday.

Trichromes on the bottom half of the plants in the SOG look ready to roll, so I'll be taking them down Monday/Tuesday when I finally have some time to get to it. That'll put it at 77 days. New batch of cuttings (mixed strains) are ready to jump in.

Will be switching the lights back to 12/12 on Tuesday. If the 7 gal containers take longer, whatever. They're already falling over though, this SSH seems to be weak stemmed. The net is so thick I can't pull it up, so I might snake a new one on top. 3 weeks to go on those.

forgot to post these lucky beauties. I started 9 auto seeds for outdoors in May: 2 think Big, 5 LSD 25, and 2 Dirty Martini freebies I snagged. All stayed super tiny like my autos usually do, but the dirty martinis seemed to explode.

Will snag some photos in the morning. They were bent over at about 16" when they were outgrowing my visual screening (snap peas- which have finally died off from the summer heat).

Hoping they're done in 2-3 weeks.

Update on the two tents. SOG SSH is showing enough amber in her mix that she's coming down tonight.

7gal tent needed a second netting layer as colas were flopping all over. I may need to set a third in the future for the tallest ones but we'll see. 3 weeks to go.

Do you feel there is a noticeable difference between your indoor growing and your outdoor growing?

Absolutely. I live in New England, I could never get outdoors to finish without the ever present risk of mold. Recreational is legal here but I live in a high traffic area as well so I don't run too much outside, mostly autos and small photos just for kicks. If they crap out I don't get upset.

Managed to harvest 16/24 of the SOG plants. Nice minty, incense smell from the stems with a hashish/cat piss smell off the buds. Eventually overpowered by sensory overload.

Apologies for my hobbit feet photos 😂

SOG tent chopped and hanging. Weight of one fresh was 219, curious to see how it compares dry weight.

In addition, other updates. A new 36"x96"x8" raised bed that some cuttings in flower will be placed in once they're done hardening off.

A refill of the SOG tent (man what a pain it is to empty and refill). 13 SSH, 4 blueberry, 1 Hawaiian snow, 12 skywalker (2 mothers), and 6 assorted chocolate from purple caper seeds I figured I'd try.

In addition, the first of our basil harvest for pesto. We're trying out these 8oz containers for the first time. The misses usually makes about 75-80lbs total, this accounted for 10.5 lbs. They'll appear in our roadside farm stand and local farm markets for folks to try.
