It's one thing to move to a jurisdiction where one can legally grow their own & entirely another to grow for market.

We all make our own choices, but that difference needs to be considered carefully.

Good points. They eat at restaurants in Denver, don't they? So they need some chefs. The city is nice, the weather is not bad with seasons but not too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. The mountains are beautiful. Legal ganja. You can legally grow your own.

^ I appreciate your input and admire your own financial path. Yes, I don't like having Sallie Mae in my life- that is true for sure. She will be out in a few years- max...For me working while in school wasn't an option but yes, I know people that do so. It's all good and things are progressing along but I am getting impatient- is all. I could sell some of my retirement and pay everything off and split tomorrow if I so choose. But I like my investments right where they are. Compounding interest is a fantastic thing.
I am proud of where I am, the choices I have made, who I am and where I am going but sometimes I just want to get there faster. I don't think I am any different than most people who put themselves through college...But, alas, life is good. I will get there...They say 'I can eat an elephant if I take small bites.'

As an aside I live on the east coast and the majority of my family does as well so I want to stay in this time zone to be near them. We are all really tight. Otherwise I would be in Oregon as I write this.
