I wouldn't throw it out, I'd finish it out outside somewhere and use it to make hash with the trim from the rest of your harvest.

Make sure they dry well.
Some people like to "fridge" them for a few weeks to simulate winter. Some say this increases germination rate, some say it does jack shit. As with everything the opinions regarding fridging are split.

I always gotta laugh when I read that!

Update: 1 day after putting the Pehkuruder seeds in a glass of water 30 out of 110-120 seeds are already opening - I'm pretty sure the large majority of the seeds will germ in 2-3 days.
Edit: Don't wanna add a new post for this, but the majority had cracked on day 2.
