Malawi has one of the greatest reputations for landrace sativas and i'm super impressed with the ace frosty mum for narcotic potent psychoactive and the soa mg for potent heavily layered very psychoactive effects. both have extreme vigor, hardiness and good frost from my experiences. the soa mg cures out bright green making its frosty bright green chunky gooey buds (after cure) very commercially attractive. I might add afropips mg to the line up if she performs well. I've also got marlberrys mulanje gold and putting out some mulanje gold/the white hybrids out this year to test. a great Malawi gold is a super star imo.

I've heard that Afropips MG puts out it's share of kick ass phenos.
Still wondering why I never made that purchase back in the day.
Idiit, do you have any plans to merge the SOA, Ace, and Afropips MG lines?? Just curious. Based on your decrips of the Ace and SOA sounds like it could be a worthwhile effort to mix those genes up at some point. Would be an interesting pheno hunt fo sho. Respect

i also crossed your malawi (pretty frosty pheno) female with seeds of africa mg male; M². it got huge!
upon flowering the long branches were stripped from the meristem by the weight. hanging from a few barky threads. next time i will strap the stem/branch juncture texs bra style.

i believe this and some of my zamal/malawi gold hybrids (also absolutely huge) got me almost busted. the garden didn't come in 'till late november and stuck out ike a sore thumb. the poopoo had probably never seen trees like these around my parts. i know they were much bigger than anything i had ever grown (straight from seed on these).

i've had numerous plots get busted over the years. they usually fly helicopters overhead hoping to spot me or my vehicle. they never let any patch go far into flowering, never. they come in on a friday and stake it out. they come back on saturday and stake it out a little and then pull all plants out by the roots and take all equiptment; buckets, shovel, machette, etc.

these guys this time were pros. they did ground surveillance for weeks. i had easy 24# dry trimmed bud off 10 females. they wanted the grower. "they left the cheese in the mousetrap".

the M² wasn't amended properly and the bud formation wasn't all that pretty but the stench/stank! i brought in one early # when they wern't there staking it out and two hours later you could smell this batch out on the street!

the patch not only got busted, it nearly got me busted. the poo poo had this garden under surveillance for weeks. usually they come in and pull out everything by the roots early september. they left the cheese in the mousetrap. i really do think they wanted the grower on this one.

to idiit santa maria,,,, i grow too in 10-15 years back from no mercy,,, it was perfect potency, production, extremely quick/you can smoke 6weeks flowers// but very strong smoke- very euphoric, ecstatic, speedy, up and hallucinogenic//you became oracle//really mysteriouus. It comes from those wide growing santa maria phenos without leafs on buds.
I write to no mercy too, that i have blue points on his santas on some buds//trichome degradation pigments? i always growed little with uv//

Idiit, sounds like that Ace x SoA created a monster. Good on ya for doing that cross. Send a few in for the Gypsy fund if you can spare them bro. I'd love to give them a go.

just got some of there durban magic, still on a hunt for durban since 3-4 years ago since i got some licuorish flavored durban from a club that was on the bargain bin labeled pure african sativa durban. Shit had me fealing energized and feeling like i could run up trees, beating on my chest and stompin around like a gorilla. Never forget that high, i need that again... There description of the energy and euphoria and confidence for war they give for the durban magic sounds dead on the high i been searching for.

the soa Durban #3 outdoor grow didn't perform smoke wise up to my standards. it was good, but it was not top tier. i'm going for top tier. I just purchased the last pack of afropips nguni seeds Durban poison pencil sticks. i'm looking for that shit that put ppl into the hospital in Australia; where the nickname Durban poison was coined. i'll do the early appraisal, pollen collection/freezer storage, clones, seeds of best phenos....

soa Durban is legitimate imo. I think she could use some strong inline breeding and produce some great stuff. I can still work her down the road but i'm running nguni pencil sticks first. low hanging fruit.....

no mercy's sativa santa maria pheno has the intensity i'm looking for. I don't even like liquorice terps. the soa dp has a good clear clean high different from the santa maria good clean high. the soa Durban lacked intensity finishing outdoors under early winter lumens (late nov/early dec.). maybe in earlier finishing hybrids off the soa dp the intensity would be there. still possibly a great breeder. game's not over for soa Durban #3 yet.

can anyone describe the soa highs in more detail? particularly the malawi, i have not experienced much variety in this regard yet but i've got 5 seeds each of malawi, swazi, transkei and the pondo mystic, i regret not getting some Mozambique but maybe next time.

i remember having a intense and very insightful high, i was a lightweight at the time, on the way up i got some chest pains but once she peaked i was surfing my desk struggling to hold on literally, for a few minutes it felt like i was riding musical waves! check the song out

hardly any smoke reports out yet. the vigor of the soa mg, especially in hybrids will make her an outdoor rock star and you'll eventually see lots of posts. especially since she also has all the other attributes desired in an od strain. flowering finishing time effectively reduced in correct hybrid pairings. I've posted pretty detailed smoke reports on mandingo (soa mg keeper )here. lots of the soa strains are interesting.

i dont really know what i smoked but it was a very colorful yet intense ride.

to idiit, i have smoked only dried mixed leafs of mozambique and coffe, but two hits and good warm psychoactive up high, does not interfere with relax or something to do
in fact coffe and mozambique have nearly the same smell and ripening seeds pouches smell the same like my oldtimemoonshine sativa pheno mosca seeds but tasties spicer /leafes/
all have those minty pear honey fruity spicy light sweet smell

pondo mystic is a good pheno too, grows4-5 nodes high than two weeks nothing, than she grows 4-5 nodes ´to side branches, and that cycle forever , now i am still waiting to become show sex to become crossing with autoflower for prolonging vegetative phase in autoflowers and reduce soil medium requirements in autoflowers

I haven't run Mozambique od yet. indoors was good but indoor run not as good as some other strains for the up energetic perhaps psychoactive high. the no mercy sativa phenos of santa maria were outstanding in this regard re first indoor test appraisal. taste of sm was very nice and she looked to be turning gold. got mom outdoors and a few sm seedlings ( sat leaning) going now. so santa maria it is for now.

I've got afropips pencil stick Durban poison and his Malawi gold (billyblog says it's like snorting coke ) on the way via nguni seeds.

my mozambique is fine but i have now african in side of room because they develop seeds and i need light for my other work, mozambique stil iss dark green, leafs darken with age, i wanted all african i have to cross with autos but still no males from nearly 30 regular autos, now i wait for last 5 autos, and african waitings now for second male flush//first was hasplant//
near that i have parallel work with my nanda devix etiopia with my feminized satori/blue himalaya auto and parallel autos with nepaleses, bhutan ,mango zamal.
near that impa ruderalis crossed with purps/these two are red wide leaf thick pheno and smelly and resinous. besides that i have pheno of diamond head/flo/ but flowers maxim 40 days/12/12 with huge leafes and short internodes and nonsmelly //crossed her maybe with pondo if it would be a male //thinkpondo is most stimulating besides coffe and mozam.

i ordered santa maria this year too for growing her again after 10/15years but, i do order and they sent me a mail that i must order minimal 20 seeds, then i wrote him and quickly after that they change their minimal seedbuy requirement from 20 to 10seeds , short after that i become seriously unhealthy till now so i still havenot SM seeds, and they are very good, good luck anyway

i have still three seeds original and around hundred seeds of crossing with nanda devi/2014/
in next years i will backccross her to these three seeds if they pop, but 2014 pop easily

Where did you guys buy your SoA seeds? To me, it looks like they don't sell on their homepage but only via a bunch of seedbanks... is that correct?
