Yea i think its probably salt build up; its never caused me a problem.

Ive been (re)using smart pots for over a year. I was thinking of soaking them in water, and keep changing the water until the ec stops rising, but like i said, it hasnt caused a problem yet (and ive got enough gardening chores).

nice tent i can see the 1400 retail price tag for sure when you consider its structure is stronger so should 2-3x longer if cared for
