Its 5'x10'x7' (actually its 150cm x 300cm x 215cm). Im gonna hang (2) 600w vertical, until i can get more power (hopefully next week).

Im fucking exhausted, i had to break down a 3.25'x3.25' and a 4'x4' Homebox to fit this bad boy in my room.

NOTE THE POND LINER for the entire room. im 99% sure the base of the intense is a waterproof bladder, but fuck it, ive had two accidental floods (room is on second floor), im not having any more waterfalls. An ounce of prevention.

Nice, what fan sizes are you going to be running?

I like jardin tents, though I can't compare, they do seem to be of good quality, the newer versions I've read are made with better, stronger matieral.

Also, I've been wondering for some-time, what are the straps by the door for ?

Looks awesome! Did you order it online? If so could you post a link please? I'm upgrading to a larger tent soon. Thank you

@Señor Chang I put it up by myself, probably took a little over 2 hours. If i could have walked around it easier, i could have pushed myself to probably 70 minutes. @walt cunningham $1400 @Euphrates Im in love with Stanley Blowers, i think i have 5. At worst, ill use two, but probably wont have too.@Frostynugz got it at the local 'garden center'.

@habeeb For $1400, it should have came with a blowjob... Yeah the case is ridiculous and im sure added a needless $50-100 to the final price. Ive got a total of (10) 2x2 tables & (3) 3x3 tables, im not sure what configuration ill stick with, i just needed to get some of that shit back into that room. Today was like the worst instance of music chairs ive ever played.

Got to test my new Pentax DMC-ZS8 camera too!

nice, those jardin tents are great. watch out though as they do they regular versions, and then a cheaper version called street-made from the flimsier materials and not lighttight... but the regular ones are awsome.

They should include a larger case with it also. I had to break down my 5x5 Jardin DarkRoom tent and man that thing was a huge bitch to get back into the original bag. I would love to know how they get it in there in the factory. It was all nice and neat when I pulled it out the first time. When I stuffed it back in it looked like the seams were about to burst and send poles flying in all directions.

I really only want an Intense for the larger duct holes. I find pretty much everything else in my DarkRoom to be sufficient*.

*I had a couple of the old style plastic corners break on me when I was breaking it down and was pretty disappointed in that. When I ordered replacements they were different. The new style plastic corners that they are using now are way beefier. I don't see the new style corners as being a problem, at least for all the stuff you could want to hang in a 5x5 tent.

Great looking tent. Good pics.. thanks.

I wasd building boxes with MDF, then the tent idea creeped into my head.. SJ seemed too expensive (cheap ass), so I went with GL145. Good tent, but I can see I'll have problems with the main zipper, that runs vertically in the front, sooner or later..

my point? you get what you pay for. Next tent> SJ.

About the larger 'ports'. the gl145 has holes to accomodate 8"fans.
That is about right but couldnt one use flanges and cut the holes bigger?
I know in my $200 GL, I'm gonna try, guess I'd be reluctant if I'd spent $1000.

I bought extra roof supports from GL (mounting fans on top of the tent)and will call them soon about 'add-on' upright supports, so I can 'mount' the electrics/timers on a board, like on a wall, instead of them hanging here and there.

Do you know if SJ will sell xtra suppors and ends?

did you get it in a store or shipped?
once again, love the tent

edit: just noticed it was made in P.R.C. not sure if i like that at all. thats the peoples republic of congo. but SJ makes a damn fine tent.

I feel like its my lab, I am Walt, I am Heisenberg.. These ports offer so many options, its a shame i had to put the back of the tent so close to the back of the wall.

I removed the 3x3 table, and went with (8) of my 22"x22"x7" Botanicare tables. Essentially four tables surround a 600w vertical bulb (two 5'x'5 spaces, sharing the same space, no plant is more than 2'5" from the bulb). The 4 middle tables sit on top of a 40Gal reservoir. Ive raised the other four tables (on the outer walls), one more cinder block, and all table drains are plumbed back to the reservoir (I'll have to hand water for now).

I plan on snaking some ducting around on the floor, in between the reservoir and the back wall, and trying to create basically a sealed environment. After that, I will be adding CO2.

Still trying to set back up the rest of the room; the veg space; I dont know how im going to keep this big fucker full. I'll get some pics up again when i can.

Somehow, I know, soon, you'll be looking for, "just a little", more space". Keeping it full.. I'm sure you'll manage.
Bigger or more lights!? HAHA!

Sealed tent? I didn't think one could 'seal' a tent. am I being to litteral about 'sealed room'?
>and snaking the ducting on the floor. whats that for?
