Second 400w DR60 Multi-Strain Grow Show!

Thundurkel - Thanks man. Yeah the grow is kind of confusing if you don't follow it from the beginning to the end because it's evolved to much over time. I started out with my DR60 to flower in, then decided i wasn't happy with the space and moved to the DR100L. I love both of them very much, and tent growing in general, i can see you do too by your grows ;).

As for your nute suggestion, i'm actually getting low on my 3 part so i will check out what you've suggested, i've also been eyeing the floranova grow/bloom and just not worry about mixing the 3 parts together.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by. Good karma

1/27 Ok, big time update!

I spent all morning moving things around, scrubbing down the tent, and transplanting. I have moved all but 1 (WR2) of my former flowering ladies to a babysitter where they will finish harvest. I've also gone ahead and have selected 9 plants to keep in veg at the moment, ranging from 1 week to 3 weeks old. Ladies and gentlemen, i introduce my newest lineup (v2.0 ;))

Veg:
2 Lemon G remain , down from 32 (gifted to me). I could only afford to keep a small selection, these are the shiners as far as growth and leaf structure go, obviously i'm hoping for 1 female. I know first hand this is primo bud, so hopefully they will be good yielding.

4 Purple Widow (purple power x white widow), these are being documented in another grow log, but i will add small updates here as well since this is kind of my catchall growing update place. They are about a week old give or take

3 Unknown's gifted to me by a friend of mine from down south.

1 Super Lemon Haze

1 Purple Lady (Purp haze x g13 i think?)

Above:

Dark Purple - Purple Widow
Light Purple/Blue - Purple Lady
Yellow - Lemon G
Red - Unknown
Silver - Super Lemon Haze

Total = 11 seedlings total. Will probably be down to about approx 7-8 when it's time to flip. These ladies will veg for about 50 days, so a full veg cycle will be observed.

Flowering:

(Sleelstack (Schrom x Martian Mean Green) x skunk #1) #3 and #2 - I call my these plants my sisters, as 2 of the 3 were females are are knockout plants. Great plant structure, amazingly healthy and robust. Dark green symmetric leaves.

(OG18 (OG Kush x Skunk #1) #4 - Only female of 3 beans of this elite cross. This cut of OGK was selected for her sour qualities, thus the #18. Very special little plant, this is an untested cross, so let's make hsitory!

picture.php

(Kandy Kush (Candy sweet OGK pheno x trainwreck) x Skunk #1) #2 - The last of my untested girls. This is an extremely resinous sweet pheno of the OGK crossed with the heavy yielding trainwreck. This is one of the one's i'm super excited about!

White Rhino #2 - my WR2 plant from my last batch of girls. She will finish ripening up while the others thrive.

Red - OG18
White - White Rhino
Blue - Sleestack
Green - Kandy Kush

Keep it tuned!

I ended up with 3 1/4 oz from the early bud, that's from two premature plants. Some buds were actually a lot denser than i thought they would, the other is airy trash which i discarded for extract. Can't say i'm surprised, i actually thought i'd average about 2-3 ozs so this came out a tad more actually.

They're in mason jars to start the cure, i'll give it a smoke test a little bit later, but don't get your hopes up. If it's anything like the butter that the trim made, it'll be a very minimal social/thought provoking high since there was absolutely no amber and still a good amount of clear trichs.

In other news, I've been told the ladies are doing well in their new environment. They've begun to actually stetch a tiny bit again, we think it's because it was moved to a new envionment. I've honestly never seen any plant do that before. The skunk crosses are abotu 3/4 days into flower now, currently lights are out, but as soon as i start seeing some early buds i'll snap some pics.

Believe it or not, it's pretty damn potent and a touch heady. Very hard hitting upfront, very nice citrus aftertaste. It's extremely harsh since it only had one good bucket of water before it got wacked, but for circumstance. B+

A couple weeks of curing will fix the harshness in no time!

Yeah definitely, i sure as hell aint complaining! ;)

This keeps getting bodier and bodier ironically.. that white widow was so squatty and dense, even when i chopped her. I'm thinking that the really heavy indica in her is coming through even without proper ripeness maybe?

Who knows! I can't imagine how knocked on my ass i would be if i let this go for 3 more weeks. I'm a pretty regular smoker for many many years, so to be this blown away from early bud is pretty shocking.

danimal7 - Yeah, i have way too much free time as you can tell :), thanks for stopping by.

unc & red - always a pleasure, much :respect:

It brings a smile to my face that you all are so interested in my garden, i love sharing it with you all!

As for an update: the girls are about a weekish into flowering, they're now at the point where you could tell they are officially flowering now (small amount of pistols). Pics soon to come, i've been busy getting everything all spic and span for my latest additions:

I've popped 3 of each, and right now they've been in soil for about 4 hours after cracking. As you can see i started a test grow diary in DG's section so i can provide some pictures and a little dialog on some of her newly released non-documented grows. I promise i'll do my best to keep all the updates in this thread as well so you won't have to click too many times ;)

Actually, icmag, seedbay and seed boutique are all operated by the same person, so yeah they're definitely legit.

Check out the vendor forum area, there is tons of stuff you can read about.

I wholeheartedly agree with unclefishstick, as far as my limited experience goes that is.

Before i discovered icmag, i went through another seedbank, and they were great too; don't get me wrong, but when i discovered the multitude of what you could call, independent breeders, that icmag was a portal into i was blown away. I like to think of other seedbanks just a wholesale industry, you can still buy from reputable breeders through them, but it's strictly commercial. Boutique and seedbay are almost like the best not so hidden secret, because the community here contributes to the breeders, and the breeders contribute to the community, and together amazing cannabis is created. Theres always people getting really involved in the community, learing their stuff and cranking out killer genetics, that are then worked on more by another generation.

I could type all day, but this is definitely a great thing going here. There is a world beyond the grower's fourms so to say ;).

Not to mention super fast shipping, at least in my experience.

i swear they didn't pay me to post that, i just really respect the community here. :kissass:

Idc how fast shipping is, how decent there or good there service can be. The prices of them seeds are Ridiculous!! I have been looking and searching and some or I should say Most Prices are ridiculous! Im sorry But if prices dont go down or something happens. I will just stay away. Thanks for the info tho.

i've never paid more than 90 bucks for a pack of seeds and i have top notch stuff in my garden, but as i said ,i took all the other trendy companies off my browser, dont see any need for flavor of the month clubs and aryan will never see another penny of my money, rather "overpay" for top notch service and fast reliable shipping.
