man I ws so pissed off because I was going to make a pretty big order and then I had to spend 3 grand on my vehicle in front end repairs. Which meant I couldn't place my order for these new releases..... and now.... I'm not pissed off anymore and am counting my blessings.

No pack of seeds is worth this kind of hassle nor risk.
Yea I'm going to be steering clear of anyone listed as a vendor here. This is shady as fuck. Is icmag just advertising for scammers or what?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Same old story. He is hard at work making all of these wonderful seeds that no one ever gets. Always with the excuses and always never comes through.
The sad part is that he is a good breeder and can do great work and that is why people gamble and try to buy the “new stuff”. They hope he will come through because he is capable of doing good work.
The problem is that he is terrible at doing business and he is not trustworthy. If he is really serious about selling seeds he NEEDS to hire a business manger who will hold his feet to the fire. Someone who will make him produce seeds before he says anything about his new work, before he offers anything for sale, keep him off the internet and let his manager promote the products, let his manger organize the the distribution and shipping from whatever location BEFORE anything is offered for sale.
In other words he needs to have his business professionally managed and he needs to have as his only responsibility, produce seeds. The manger needs to have the seeds in his hands before any promotion, any offers of seeds for sale and have all of the distribution and shipping issues figured out first before anything is offered.
If all of these things are not done FIRST and if they have not trialed the distribution and shipping out by shipping to friends and colleagues in other countries FIRST before they offer anything for sale, then they should not promote the seeds and offer them for sale.
The thing is that he is not stupid and he knows he needs to do these things but he doesn’t. If he is not doing these things then he has no intention of selling seeds. Think about it. Who goes to a new country and starts offering anything for sale before he has done any planning or research in how to run a business from that country? The answer is NOBODY!
So all of these excuses, oh the shipping with customs is a problem down here, is total bullshit. That should be looked into and figured that out long before anything is offered for sale. That is common sense business practice. If he can’t bother to look into that BEFORE he offers seeds for sale, then he has no intention of selling seeds. I really do hope I’m wrong, I hope he comes through and everybody gets what they wanted. Don’t hold your breath.
Come on Charles, please prove me wrong. This is probably your last rodeo Charles. If you don’t come through this time, after all that has transpired in the past, no one will ever take a chance on you in the future.

Guys we are having some issues with a few things, and not going anywhere, this is really not my function in the business Ideally I am supposed to worry about plants, so choices were made about platforms that have some issue with Cannabis seed sales, not my area of expertise, we tested the mail service and everyone got orders, we have since had issues with orders sent a month ago we went to the post office they told us to relax that post covid things are taking 30 business days, That sucks we will send again with a different service we have to go to the main post office for this week , of all the orders shipped its not a huge number and we understand your concerns, but please guys just chill , I will throw in some super killer freebies for the trouble , we wanted to get seeds out to everyone for this season , I dont understand why people always assume the worst of people , we have huge numbers of seeds and have to agenda to try anything but our best to get them out to you all had we experienced any serious delays for the first few mailing we would not have ran this course but please relax .
I will notify the few folks who are waiting as soon as I get em packed up and confirm they are going out registered , its only available at a couple locations we have to drive 2.5 hours to get it done but we will .
Thanks guys
Hey rather than getting all torn up and spreading public fears I have said it over and over come to my FB https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100004527874690

Charles...... pick a couple US and Canada seedbanks that growers trust and drop your gear there so that the seedbanks handle the "managing" of your sales and shipping.

Until such time, this Canadian grower is moving on.
Dude you are giving us Canadian breeders a bad name with all these "hiccups" with people's order.
I thought about doing sales direct to growers but in the end I know that the business side of things is not my strong suit, the garden is.
So do us all a favor and pick a couple seed banks and send your gear in to be distributed.

Pretty obvious to any border agent looking at packages coming from Jamaica that perhaps they should be given more scrutiny...... personally I think this is sketchy as hell.

Good luck with your venture but the harder you make it for people to buy your seeds...... it is a given that the less sales you are going to get in the long run.

just some advice, trying to help, take it or leave it.
You've been in the game long enough to know that I am right.

trying to deal with customers via facebook it jus dumb. The majority of growers I know have nothing to do with facebook and that mark fuckerburg. It's pretty damn easy to make a basic Go Daddy site to show your work and direct sales to a seedbank. It's a no branier.

I just show all these field pics and spent 200k breeding for a year to not deliver seeds we tested our shipping on 3 dates all made it one mailing march 22 has had some issues obviously we tested before we sent . I actually took on partners because I DID Not want to deal with this stuff .

I will try to get seeds to 3rd party distributors ASAP

Where the fuck are the orders that have already been placed? You say 1 in 4 has been a miss but no one has confirmed receiving anything from you?

Since you’re posting now atm

I’m curious to know all about your Haze works

number one - Do you still hold that Haze bros Haze from - the catpiss Sandlewood from Rotterdam

What Haze works are you doing , specific stocks your working with ?

Big up I never got to tell you
how it made me smile when you dropped accidental Haze only to find out sometime later that punto Rojo was the origins of Haze

What was your source of Punto Rojo then ?

Do you still have any old legendary strains ? Are any of these being worked

OPT
Kodiak gold
Acapulco gold
Vietnamese black
Colombian gold

Welp. Another new member here, so take that for what you will. Been lurking on this thread since I put in my order way back in early March. The whole Jamaica thing did get my spider senses tingling, but hell, I've always wanted to grow some Red Congolese. And I wanted to support Canadian breeders. I was hoping to start with better news, but nothing has shown up for me in Toronto. And I don't think it's just "in the mail". The most generous assumption I can make is that they were hopelessly naive and gave a bunch of packages to some dude in Tiny Town, JA to take to Kingston or wherever- and go figure. This 1 in 4 business isn't flying for me either. There's been some very kind unsolicited advice for Scott Family Farms on this thread- and here's a bit more. If you did indeed send packages off to get lost in the void- I'd assume none are making it through- and go through every order and resend them from a main office in a big city. And then send out an e-mail to everyone that ordered with new confirmation- ideally with, you know... a tracking number. If the package appears one day in my mailbox, I'll jump on here post haste and let everyone know.

Hi yes we have many hazes and have been collecting them for many years, We have c5 IBL which is meridian Male x C5, I have A5 S-1 here in Jamaica, I have an Original Haze that I have worked on since 04, an Oldtimer haze that came from greenhouse guy ? can't remember but was the same time and similar lines to what Ace seeds got , I was first given Purple OT haze I bred purple g-sus and some other work with, But we have worked all our hazes down to two-way haze its an elite O-haze we dug out of 4 sifts of around 700 plants it was pollinated with a very special Old timer haze line we have had for years, we worked and selected this line as a male line more than a female line and made many different f-1 with some control plants which are hash plants , We eventually used the two way on an s-1 between c5 x A5 I we call 4-way #1, its outstanding plants so many are either hybrids from the two-way or four-way #1.
I have worked with many others but when we got fire on the male side lots of unknowns came together for us .
We have four way #2 which is O haze x Old timer haze IBL x Amnesia Core x SSH , this is a faster flowering haze line that was bred for flowers specifically more so than as a male line.
So I lived in Colombia for over a year but nearly a year when at one time when we built the Guomo Tolima Farm my Punta Rojo came from more than one source, we got a polished line from the Buddha twins and some others, I also have an old Heirloom Colombian Red which is more similar to Panama strains than the CPR, We have CPR x SMCG, SMCG from researchers at the university in Santa Marta and again old heirloom version the Terp profile are exactly the same the structure is a bit different and our old line has way more trichromatic development, I have found the most haze like hybrids from Mango Biche .
Acapulco gold is one of my favorite heirlooms overall Kevin Jodrey was here recently with the Marina boys of Piff and Cuban Black haze legend and they actually got to try a mango Biche f-1 that smokes like the finest haze and got to experience an extreme green apple pheno of the Acapulco gold Kevin described it as like a melted green apple Jolly Rancher , The OPT and OPT x Two way haze f-4 is nearly ready .

We have so so many great genetics but being focussed on getting stuff out to folks who have watched me posting fields of these plants for the past 7 year was kinda a mission of mercy. so the noise being made by a few hear is not lost on me but I didn't do all this work and self fund the last year to not send out the seeds .We will have em in hands of distributors very soon as soon as I get em all cleaned and ready , we spend day after day running seed blowers and cleaning up everything guys I could not post pics here for some reason gents
