I can't make anything in this house without getting the question " is there cannabis in this>..?" HAHAHA.
But most often my cookies, coffee and jars have cannabis in em. So it's a fair question.

I planted 20 of the GQ x GG4 that I picked up.

14 of what I call Gobsmasher (GQxGG4) are up and growing.
15 Lady O's are up as well.

Even though the GSmasher seeds were immature, they are still very viable.

Now we see how they do, but really is a Gobsmack project since Smack comes from a double fem breeding.

I just hit a branch or two on all 5 of my GQ f2s with some reversed GG4 pollen.

Well... between my GroundPounder, Grape Ape and Glue... I'm sure the Purps will put out some tasty treats....

Hopefully I can do half as good with it as you did....

Hope everyone has a festive solstice season.

My girls in my garden received a solstice gift this year....

Mites and beetles... got to keep the populations up... they do cannibalize themselves without enough pests around.

Also, I found this video of the rove beetle exhibiting its mastery of the japanese art of origami.

Not many realize how well and carefully they fold their wings

Hey y'all,
Jumping in this here thread as well to see/shoot the shit bout the happenings within.

There's a lot of very cool projects by some damn fine folks that I've seen sostarted reading the thread yesterday then checked my PMs & was given a link to it as well.
I know its not necessary but, thanks for pointing me toward your thread sea.

At the moment, I haven't anything cannabis growing other than these GG#4 cuts I was just gifted by a very generous person.
Mucho appreciated. You know who you are. :tiphat:

Being I've only read the first half of this thread... I'll be busy reading the second half for a little while too.

On that note, I've been exploring a bunch of different varieties. Mostly hybrids but a couple sativa & some indic as well. I've also been making & exploring seed for the past 8 or so years. I'll post up a few things after I'm done reading the thread.

One question, however...
Is there anybody else here that has grown gear from Rocky Mountain Buds (RMB)? I've only ever seen that name mentioned a few times but his gear is very nice. I've only grown his gear from a few cuttings I got years ago & haven't seen anything new for 6 years or so.

Are you taking clones and keeping your males?
stress testing them, or picking off smell and structure?

The only clones i was able to keep were my ECSD x C99 & BB Sativa x Af/HI mums.

I wish I had cuts of the Alpha & Beta, Berry Juice as well as the two Sour Apples. DOH!!

I attempted to reveg the Sour Apple plants but that failed as well. I'm definitely out a practice since I haven't revegged a plant in years.

I've been growing exclusively from seed for about 4 years now due to supposed trusted folks passing PM via cuts.

On the Chem IBL male, he was definitely stress tested. Dude was started in a 1.5 x 1.5 inch starter tray then moved to a beer cup. He was in the cup for quite a while being fed maxibloom w a pinch of Epsom every couple weeks. Temps in the room were variable from the low 50s up into the upper 80s. Never constant as I heat exclusively with wood.

Dude never wanted to flower until I took cuts & put him in an east facing window only getting 4-5 hours of direct sunlight. I collected a shit ton of pollen and while I was using it I accidentally sprayed the bowl it was in so ruined it. I kept the cuts for a couple more months, flowering one then accidentally letting the other get too dry & desicating everything green. He nailed both Sour Apple phenos as well as the BB Sat cut and a Tahoe OG x Afghani. The Tahoe crosses are slated for a FAM member to play with.

I've culled down to just keeping 3 males... but now I'm up to 5 again via the catpiss bx and I'm seeking a 6th male from the Purps for my grape ape... its got a real nice flavor to it that I'd like to keep...

I dont run a sealed room or anything and it stays a bit dry for PM where I'm at... hasn't been an issue since I left Texas... the gulf coast gets a bit humid...

Christ... when I think of the scruffy outdoor I did back then,
some of the problems I run into,
and one specific occasion where we run from a helicopter overhead,
I'm rather grateful for where I now am...

My intentions have always been good, it seems to be payin off...

gg4 x mt. is rather quiet right now. has some strong smells when provoked (chem, grunge-metal, sh0ots thru the nose)

nccp x mt. Is some funky cold medina. Bass & treble turned up a scooch. slightly sweet and astringent--bean sprout & basil/mint. Like a bowl of Pho, but in cannabis form.

son of a bitch...

I always say it... the best way to ruin your plans is to announce your intent to the gods.

I was expecting an early morning visit from someone that forced me to clean out the plants from the space on top of my kitchen fridge day before yesterday.

I leave my windows partly open at night... I like it cold.

My 7 seedlings of the purps with tails in solo cups hadnt popped yet and I left em in a spot that got much colder than expected... It got down in the low 40's - high 30's in that area over the course of the night...

I still have a couple in the paper towels, which also got cold, although not as bad, but I'm really hoping the ones with tails are only stunted and slow instead of dead... I certainly expected to see one or two above ground by now.. I really fuckin hope they didnt freeze... I guess we shall see... I was quite excited about the potential... now I'm just hoping to get a male and female to make more and try again... not much hunting there, so I guess I'll get what I get... hopefully at least enough to do somethin with...
