I'm lovin him... I know hes gonna make something wonderful with my grape ape cut... its a real special one in the flavor department...
Yup for sure blueberry sativa cut the amazing blueberry cut that everyone still looks for today that smoked it back in the 90's and 2000's. In my opinion it was dj shorts best work when he originally made the blueberry line. She is smelling like straight blueberry goodness at week 4 this cut is my holy grail.
I know seafour right lol I wanted to pollinate them earlier but I figured week 4 would give me more beans. I did do a earlier pollination on a couple plants that took very well early on those crosses have big swollen beans in the buds already.
They are Cory stardawg x plat. Cooks, blueberry sativa, forum cut and thin mint all hit with ogkb pollen the beans looks pretty damn big.

So... I'm getting impatient... I've been spraying CS on this NorCal Catpiss 2x a day... I dont know for how long really... 2 weeks or so before I moved it to the fridge 12/12 area... its been there at least a week if not more... no hairs... but no balls either... My CS is now brewed with only 9v for about 12 hours... I know its over 50 ppm, and I also know its under 250ppm... so I should be somewhere in the effective range...
I stuck another NorCal Catpiss into flower a couple weeks back with the intent of making S1's but now I'm thinking of pollinating the small Catpiss with either chem d bx3 or the chem leaning moontang... if I do, I can always pollinate a branch of a seedless Catpiss to make some S1's...

Oh, I'm gonna keep spraying cause there's no hairs... but not sure if the flowering cut will wait for it... I know those other crosses I mentioned will be fire also...
had the opportunity to try some grape ox grown water only recently... my grape ape has 100x the flavor, but its influence was unmistakable... its quite a rare flavor, very sweet and very strong... I'm now even more convinced that the Grape Ape x BMR will produce some extremely special berry flavored phenos...

Hey seafour I have both bodhi offerings from the man himself. The one pack I got from him I don't think he ever sold or gave away but I have blue lotus sativa mom and blue lotus indica mom. I have both packs sitting in the fridge waiting to be pheno hunted. From what I understand I think the blueberry cut that bodhi used in the sativa version is a cut called pre2k blueberry and I have smelled this cut and it's nothing like my blueberry at all. The pre2k has a more of a sweet skunky smell to it And it doesn't even got a hint of blueberry to it. Before I had my blueberry cut back or any blueberry my buddy gave me some buds of the pre2k cut and a cut to take home well when I smelled the finished buds needless to say I tossed the cut when I got home.
Now the indica version I think is the same cut our buddy Goodbudz has. I had it at 1 point in time but got hit with the Borg and tossed the cut in hopes Id get it back when I relocated but it didn't happen. Either way the sativa is a better cut because we all know sativas usually carry serious flavor and that's what this cut has. When finished properly u will taste like you just smoked a join full of blueberry's to the end of a joint.
Keep spraying that thing seafour and actually at 9v I think you are supposed to brew it overnight. But if your over 50ppm u should be good. The key is you only wanna spray 1 week before 12/12 then a week into 12/12 mainly spraying the internodes don't spray the whole plant meaning leaves and all. If some hits it doesn't matter but try not try only to spray internodes. When u see pistils forming and u think u have have atleast sprayed for 2 full weeks 7 days before flip and 7 into flip u can stop spraying and the balls should come unless its a stubborn plant to reverse.

I have killed all pistils with the silver spray... I been spraying internodes, but also misting the entire plant... I bet I been spraying it 2x a day for 3-4 weeks now... guess I'll stop and see what happens... if it dont reverse, I'll just hit the lil one with moontang or chem d...
Damn that's wild! Sorry to hear man. I don't know about your question either. How far down that rabbit hole do you want to go though?

Here I was all fired up to get some males to collect pollen from and I end up with 8/8 females on the testers! Any other time I would be stoked for all females but what are you gonna do? They are already smelling good any time I move them around or brush up against them. Is it worth fooling around with that thiosulfate stuff? Otherwise I'm bowing out this round. Already looking ahead though, I'm thinking either the Rare Dankness Leeroy or finally some of Bog's gear.
picked out a male i'd like to work with... hopefully i won't incidentally murder it before getting some seeds from it. (drumroll please) the boy is.... dynasty genetics Des*tar Bx. I've grown a good amount of dynasty gear and was particularly amazed by the super sweet and putrid (hot rotting garbage) smells that a couple phenos showed. ALL female phenos of the Des*tar bx were extremely fruity & flavorful, all very trichy as well. They exhibited sativa growth patterns (leaf structure, node spacing) and seemed finish slightly later than other strains (70 days or more in my experience).
not sure yet what I'll be pollinating with the Des*Tar Bx male, Definitely want to match it with Lime Cookie Bubba (from seedstock made by mikenite) probably a glue, and twista. here is a pic of that lime cookies bubba
^^ "LCB" lime cookies bubba has a nice fruity/hashy mix... the fruity is mild and understated, last round (the plant from seed) had a "white grape" smell that corresponded into a bitter grape flavor of smoke combined with super earthy kush tones (reminded me of a hindu kush i grew years back, but with added subtly sweet & sour fruity notes). This round much more dense nugs and still has that super earthy kush with bittersweet grapey mild background. Certainly a complex flavor/aroma combination.... similar in nature to the Des*Tar Bx but entirely different in specific traits.
