If you use an ink jet printer, the print head is in the cartridge. so I"m not sure how that would be possible. If you are money concious and have your cartridges refilled, again it would be impossible. Same with refilled toners. Since tonly a fraction of printers have built in print heads, I can't see this being feasible at all. The ink comes out of a one time disposible cartridge that you can buy anywhere. If you print alot, don't let the cartridge start to dry up (those will "skip" a little bit) and do regulr print head cleanings you should be fine.

LOL Its not dots. Its the serial # that prints in yellow. Yellow on white is the least noticable. It doesnt matter what cartridge you use, this function is perfomed by the formatter board inside. The formatter tells the machine what to put on the paper. I dont believe inkjets use this but most color lasers do I believe.

Even with a SN, its not 100% possible to track the machine. If you go into Office Depot, buy a printer and pay cash, how does HP know who the machine went to? I sell office equipment and dont send back S/N to the OEMS nor do many other dealers

Take my word on this....

The phone thing is a trip though. I wouldnt have thought twice about talking to someone about things while my phone was in my pocket. But the truth is the only way this is going to happen is if you are already under investigation

I wouldn't be so quick to believe that idea. Bush has just been given dictatorial power for the next 6 months. Whatever program he puts in place (TIA) will stay indefinitely. The noose is tightening and all most people are concerned with is squeezing out another breath.

The yellow dots are used for the super-high end color lazer printers like the Xerox Docucolor 6060. I run one at work and they do put a security code on every sheet. The thing prints so good that all you really need is the correct paper to print $$$.

Fear is one of their greatest weapons against our freedom.

Another key thing, is the new SLR cameras, they embed a code in the photo as well, but as long as you paid cash for it, it would be hard to trace back, but as already stated, this kind of shit has been going on for a long time, and it will continue until there is no sovereign rights left for anyone in the world, or unless the people actually stand up in massive droves, but most people are asleep at the wheel.

>>>Most older types of scanners, (I believe made before 1991, not 100% on the year) will let you listen in on most cordless calls.

i believe it, well kinda. I have removed my batterey from my phone while traveling aka trafficking since 99, just always figured they could gps you if they wanted. bottomline, if they want your ass they can get it. just make sure you have enough put away to skip town when you do get nicked ot to take your chances with a good lawyer.

they cant gps you. are you serious? you guys think that you can track a phone that doesnt have gps enabled? gps requires special antennas.

no, people can track locations of cell phones by just checking the timing of pings sent and received by nearby cellphone towers.

they have been able to do that for years (tens of). HAHa, dont get all worried by gps, its much easier to track you without using satellites!
