Does that romulan always foxtail like that? I have a Romulan crossed with Trainwreck that'll double in size after the fox tailing starts
1st vets day I've got off of work.
Thanks
How's it hangin SG? Hope your well. I finally got lights two 4ft 4bulb T5s. I'm not really looking to flower a bunch with these, just keep genes alive and get a head start on the outdoor season. I have more than enough to smoke all year off my outdoor. I'm sure ill be doing some pheno hunting in there as well. But anyways, I have a few questions as I am new to using artificial sun, it's so unnatural haha. First question for ya, I got a 300 cfm inline vortex exhaust fan also and I don't need to run it all the time, so I was wondering how long to run it and how often. The room is 4'x6'x4' (for now I can change the dimensions whenever I want). Normally I would have just went to the COB thread and looked this stuff up but that's not gunna happen. I think I remember you saying you wanted to be able to exchange the air in the room 4times an hour? Also am planing on pulling air out of the top center of the room and cutting vents in the floor in the floor and drawing air from below. Thoughts?

Thanks SG I was thinking the same thing, 15 min every hour. I was offered this fan as part of the package deal, so I figured I'd get a bigger fan and just use it less often, I figured it'd be good for if/when I want to expand or if I have summer temp issues I can always turn it up. I went with t5s for safety, heat, cost of energy reasons. Also I can build a bigger room later for flowering and using different kind of lights, I built houses from the ground up for 15years so building a silly little room is nothing to me. To be honest the biggest motivating factor in building this room and starting indoor for me is to test Sancutary Gardens gear and find the gems and then run them outside at my place and at my partners location in the emerald triangle, I have 2- 400 gallon smart pots at his location that are mine to put whatever I want in those, and for sure one will have a goblin queen in it. And at my place goblin girl s1 will be in ground in the biggest hole. Going to rock the goblin line hard in the Cali sun. Smiling just thinking about it. Time for another nocturnal joint. Mmm mmm good.Indoor grows are for a better quality weed stash.
At least once you've got your indoor skills tuned in.
A 4x6x4' room with T-5s only needs a 50cfm fan to exhaust it during lights on operation.
The 300cfm needs only run for 15 mins every hour during lights on time.
A 300cfm will be fine for summer runs when temps are at issue.
Your space is 96 cu ft in volume, fairly small.
Will exhaust quickly, so tweek exhaust to regulate temps.
Good morning SG. How are things down your way? I imagine busy wrapping things up for your travels?
