Actually, I do live with a patient I caregive for and she has filled out the appropriate caregiver form ( which I can send to anyone that wants it). She happens to be my wife and I most def am committed to meeting her core survival needs which is how the Cali Supreme court ruled as being necessary for a valid caregiver relationship. The reason I hold the caregiver status for her is so I can take responsibiliy for all the cultivation that is needed to meet our needs. Keeping in mind that YOU ARE GUILTY TILL PROVEN INNOCENT in SD...I would fully expect to have even that tight of a caregiver relationship challenged if LEO got involved.
SDgrow...you've been encouraging people to do their research...I suggest you look into People v. Mentch for info related specifically to this topic. For general info related to the legal challenges our local community face you should check the SD Chapter ASA website ( the url is under my avatar)

As Humble pointed out, the arrangement that has stood up in court is the Collective Cultivation defense. Even this has been fought aggressively by our local DA. I do not feel this level of work / record keeping should be required for one patient to help another patient accuire medicine. Unfortuantely, what I "want" & "feel" don't mean jack sheet here.

Not as frosty as the Pink Label Pheno I posted recently but it has the Ortega bulk for sure. This plant was topped once & has 6 rock hard tops similar to the one pictured all in a standard 1gal nursery container. That's a standard size bic taped next to it for size ref.

...actually i was lucky enough to be gifted w some of the original recipe apollo beans! been sitting on em for a bit, but finally had a bro get em started...hes growin em outdoors this year...should be a wonderful thing....the cindy99 are f4 and the genes come from rev(through a mutual friend) at skunk mag...its why im so excited bout both of these...
EDIT:I cant help but smile when talking bout those apollos....folks at work arent used to seeing me smile this early...they think im drunk...(it happens where i work! haha)

I agree the bar has been set too high which all but eliminates my chances for getting a caregiver's license. Your P91 Ortega looks like its pushing very very well sir!

lol, sorry i dont have an hps. u guys are so quick to judge based on lights. i need to keep electricity bill and heat down bcauase its in a closet and for first time and joining icmag a few days ago i think i did ok. i had no books or anything just basic knowledge and looking through icmag for a few days. Did you see the pointers i left on your thread? Your grow looks totally fine to me, the lights are a little inefficient right now, but after some minor mods you'll be totally rockin.

Keep in mind, when I started literally EVERYONE (including myself) told me:
"you cannot flower with fluorescents"
"if you flower with CFLs everything will be super airy"
"its not going to work"
"its going to taste like garbage"

everything under the sun. Sometimes you have to suck it up and just see how well ya do. Eventually people come around, especially when you knock their socks off with your flowers! Give you an idea, I have a friend who now apologizes to me every time he tries my flowers - if that's not vindication, I don't know what is.

Just take it with a grain a salt and use it to fuel your need for knowledge. The GGxSD is coming along ok. To be honest this particular pheno doesnt look like a keeper to me. It's got good smell & resin production but is lacking in the yield dept. It also was the only plant in my garden to show a trace of PM. I would hope that the Gurrellia Gold would have brought some disease resistence and if anything more yeild.
As you recall, I collected some GGxSD pollen from one of the males. It was from a male that showed very dense / large male flower clusters & I used it to dust the female I currently have going. I think the resulting seeds will yield a keeper but it'll be awhile before we see

"Associated" may be a misleading. Many SD collectives are "Supportive" of SD ASA but Americans for Safe Access is not involved with any collective cultivation efforts ( at least at the local level...I have no first hand knowledge of what other chapters do). As far as ASA meeting location...the San Diego Chapter has met in several locations over the years including in space donated by collectives. The April 13th meeting will be held at the Pt. Loma Library which as far as I know is not involved in collective cultivation.

If you were going to run the SourDub x GG pheno you have, I would suggest minimal veg & DON'T top her. Also be prepared to trim lower branches. I think it would be worth devoting a little space to this pheno but not too much. Who knows..it could be 1-hit & quit herb.
