What really happened at the PNC in SD?
What really happened at the PNC in SD?
It all started with a complaint from a neighboring business. The first ongoing series of complaints was merely that the PNC was too “noisy”. This complaint was regular and periodically relayed to our property management company. Of course we were NOT too noisy. What we were guilty of was public opinion. We bent over backwards trying to accomodate our neighbors and looked into things and modifications to our business space to quiet any sounds from radiating.
Unfortunately many people in the world have their own opinion of what was happening in the business location. Some assumed we were a full blown medical marijuana dispensary. And those that assumed felt it was neccessary to make direct phone calls to the San Diego DEA OFFICES. My ignorance was blinded by what I thought was logic. I said, “now what in the heck would the DEA do and waste their time with us for?” I figured there are over 100 full dispensaries between San Diego and Lake Elsinore and they could’t possibly want to waste their time with us. But in reality what I thought was a waste of time was actually “Blood in the Water” to the sharks called the DEA!
So on the morning of the event the DEA raided the office and confiscated all the clones. The rummaged through the ceiling tiles and closets looking for whatever “stash” we may have had…there was none. 8 days later they showed at APE’s private property and confiscated 48 plants that were the property of 4 distinct medical patients-all of which had valid medical recommendations. In the process the held two volunteers and made them watch as they destroyed all of APE’s mother plants and equipment. The mother plants alone were over 8 years of works including, time, miles, and elbow grease.
APE decided to end his involvement or at the very least take a small “vacation”. He didn’t want to jeopardize anymore volunteers or his fiance and her child. And actually its a very easy choice when reality stares one in the face and they realize that 8 years of hard work is either leaving in vans or garbage bags.
I just want to set the record straight. The current collective in the location should offer the same service and education to patients. I see now there are several rumors going around trying to discredit me and the PNC. Until others can walk in my shoes they don't know even close to ALL THE FACTS INVOLVED. I shall get past this on my own free will. Thanks…g
ps...no patients were compromised as the laptop containing any pertinent information is in my possession and used to write this post.
